HAARP: Offshore Volcano Western United States Eruption Is Possible; Proof In The Radar

Doppler radar indicated what looked like a round of thunderstorms offshore Washington State and this looked like the coast was going to get a lightning show this morning, however one thing stuck out … There were no clouds in the area.
A state-sized area of high DBZ on doppler radar is very rare.  This isn’t ‘chaff’ or whatever you hear on the news.  This is something else.  When turning the radar onto the CC factor, blue was indicated.  The blue means that whatever it is, it is not water vapor thus it is not clouds nor a thunderstorm brewing.
The CC determined that this was on the opposite side of the water vapor scale, something likely electromagnetic.  This electromagnetic charge formed out of nowhere, just to the northeast of a sea-mount volcano offshore Oregon.   Tracing it back to the southwest has proven the source of this is indeed the volcanic complex.
There is very a chance of a large eruption from that volcano, which could make other faults unstable in the Pacific Northwest and California.
This volcano has heated the water up and data has proven this.  This anomaly has been brewing for five years now.  Can you guess what else has been happening in those five years?  The California Drought has been ongoing for now five years and a ridge of high pressure was stuck over this very spot.  This is what is driving storms up and over California and making the area dry.
Should an eruption occur, we can hope the water becomes cool again or California will go in yet another drought.
