'New Concertina Wire' Fencing Around Closed Prison And Guard In Tower - Are Closed Prisons Going To Be Used As 'FEMA Camps'? - Veteran Who Took Photos Followed By White Van

ANP has been sent more original, new photos of the decomissioned Nevada State prison, from a concerned veteran who describes not only what he saw in the photos, but what occurred after he took the photos and concluded that "White vans seem to be a common denominator." While researching we found another very strange occurrence that happened in 2014 at another closed prison, detailed in the article below.

The photos themselves are of the supposedly "decommissioned" Nevada State Prison in Carson City, where our keen-eyed reader notes that he once lived close to this prison, and while driving past it recently decided to take some photos, which show "bright shiny new concertina wire both layered deep on the ground and along the top of the perimeter fencing." The concerned vet also notes that in the photo a guard is seen in the guard tower.

A couple of things. I live near the old prison that was closed in C.C. years back. I had to give a friend a lift the other day, and the route took me right past it. we took some pics, and what really stood out was the bright shiny new concertina wire both layered deep on the ground and along the top of the perimeter fencing. Also, the sun was just right so that you can see a man in one of the dark tinted-window guard towers. I slowed to take the photos, so I know we were noticed. On the way home, on US 395, I was followed by a white Mercedes Van with markings of a flower shop. I looked up the flower shop later, and it does not exist. I made some erratic (but legal) lane changes to let the driver know I was aware, and he followed the first two, then broke off. I could get the name of the "flower shop" as it was written above the windshield visor. When the driver broke off, he did by making a sudden lane change, and turning into a residential street. My situational awareness meter was off the scale. (I am Veteran) I will attach the photos, they were taken with a 10 year old camera, but blow up well on the computer. In the guard tower shot you need to to see the man inside. Please bear in mind this is the old NV state prison, NOT the Warm Springs Correctional facility to the west of it.

In the early 20th century, the prison became the sole designated facility for executions by the state of Nevada. It carried out the first death sentence by gas chamber in the United States with the execution of Gee Jon on February 8, 1924. The state of Nevada chose to close the facility for budgetary reasons.
The prison closed its doors on May 18, 2012, with all inmates transferred or released on early out.
In the photo above we can clearly see the outline of a person in the guard tower as well as the apparently new concertina wire surrounding the prison. We also note the driver side mirror in the bottom left corner where coincidentally, or not, a "white van" is captured in the photo as being behind the photographer.
We have asked if the white van in the photo was the fake "flower shop" van mentioned in the email or another one and will update this article when we receive a response.

Susan, the photos I attached were taken on the road running past the "closed" prison. Any white vans that appear in those pics were taken about 15 minutes before the "flower" shop van that followed me on US 395 happened, so it wold be purely coincidental. After slowing to take the photos, I was expecting (naturally) to be harassed in some way. Being a Veteran, past FFL holder (until Clinton made it impossible for us "kitchen table" gun dealers to do business) a Christian, a CCW permittee, I know that I am on someones radar. I do not care about that..I am an American, and am not shy to show my colors. Our country has gone to hell in a hand basket,and I almost do not recognize it anymore. I am so sick of all the P.C. crap in today's society, i almost get sick to my stomach. If you would have told me 30 years ago that illegal aliens would get better benefits than a disabled veteran (I am an amputee,( below the knee), I would have told you that are crazy. But when I look around, I see it to be true. I have to fight with the V.A. more and more to get the benefits I EARNED. I pray every day that America would repent, go back to our Christian roots, and that God would once again lay his protective hand over our nation. When I look at the MSM, "Bruce" Jenner is a celebrity. They refer to him as her, even though he still has his male anatomy. And they hold him up as some kind of hero. Sorry to rant, but we as a society are so upside down, I don't know weather to laugh or cry. All of this is beside the point anyway. Any way I can help, I will. While to date, the mention of this prison being used as a "Fema Camp" is considered a "conspiracy theory" since 2012, this image and the reader brings a good question. As can be seen from multiple sources, Nevada is suffering from a budget deficit projected to continue into 2015, which begs the question of why would there be what appears to be new fencing around a prison that no longer holds inmates?
Concertina wire or Dannert Wire is a type of barbed wire or razor wire that is formed in large coils which can be expanded like a concertina. In conjunction with plain barbed wire and steel pickets, it is used to form military wire obstacles. (Source)
It is also noteworthy that Nevada is included in the controversial Jade Helm 15 exercises.
While researching this specific prison we ran across news clip video from August 2014, via RTR Truth Media, titled "ALERT: FEMA CAMP WATCH - SECRET GOV ACTIVITY MSM EXPOSED BY ACCIDENT?" In the video, shown below, a reporter, just doing his job was confronted by a very hostile prison security official from the Mount McGregor Correctional Facility, which was quite bizarre, making the reporter wonder just what was going on up there.

Are these supposedly closed prisons to be utilized as Fema Camps?
Another reason this particular email and image caught our attention is that recently it was noted by ANP co-owner Stefan Stanford that "hundreds and hundreds of miles of Concertina razor wire" was also captured on camera being transported a military convoy for "Raider Focus" in Colorado. Colorado was originally slated to take part in Jade Helm 15, but supposedly bowed out.
There is nothing, in and of itself, unusual about Concertina wire being used at prisons, that is standard, but the fact that the prison photo showing what appears to be new, bright and shiny fencing, along with the documented evidence that so much was also part of a military convoy in Colorado, are all concerning to those of us that have been observing the unprecedented amount of military movements across America, and the controversial nature and scope of these "training exercises."
