Crafting the Craft

This quote is from the forward of a book by Paul Viotti, titled
"Terrorism-Homeland-Security-Thinking-Strategically"

That describes what we just witnessed in a 'drill'.

There's a report that a classroom think tank 'terrorist exercise' undertaken by students at the Fletcher School modeled what
we have just experienced in Boston.

I didn't think of this avenue as a source for what to anticipate,
forgetting the old 'publish or perish' paradigm. And egos being
what they are: Smart men like for us to know that they are.

And nothing has been left uncovered in this particular book judging
by the table of contents.

So, the govt. handbook is actually (STILL) written by these 'war colleges', studies in Int'l affairs, etc. and we may have much more access to 'behind the scene' than I thought.
