Where did the notion originate? It is not Trump triumph? Not wikileaks? Not Clinton guilt?

I've lost track of a lot more than that! Things are moving so FAST! I think maybe a big part of what was suppose to be the October surprise got pushed out into November. Maybe there's more to come this month, maybe the real bad stuff held back until Trump takes the oath of office in January. Then look for the 'surprises' to hit the fan.
