If anyone had lingering doubt that the United States will use military force against North Korea, Sean Spicer's remarks today should dispel all doubt.  According to "One America News Network (OANN)" reporter Trey Yingst, the White House Press Secretary told him today "President Trump will act on North Korea under Article 2 of the Constitution, but will notify Congress."
Quote :
Press Secretary Spicer tells me President Trump will act on North Korea under article 2 of the constitution, but will notify congress.

For those unfamiliar, among several powers granted to a President, Article 2, Section 2 of the Constitution for the united States of America says in relevant part:

Section 2.

Quote :
The President shall be commander in chief of the Army and Navy of the United States, and of the militia of the several states, when called into the actual service of the United States . . .

The fact that White House Press Secretary Sean Spicer said "President Trump will act . . ."  and further said the President  " . . . will notify Congress." means the decision to attack has already been made.

Of course, none of this has to take place.   If only North Korea would abide by the numerous United Nations Security Council Resolutions, there wouldn't be any danger of any fight at all!
It is the United Nations, acting collectively on behalf of the world, that told North Korea they cannot develop or test nuclear weapons.  North Korea did both anyway.
It is the same United Nations which told North Korea they could not develop or test Ballistic Missiles.  North Korea did it anyway.
In all reality, had North Korea gone about its affairs quietly, nobody may have minded.  But instead, the North Koreans not only developed and test detonated multiple nuclear bombs, THEY BEGAN OPENLY THREATENING TO USE THEM against South Korea, Japan and the United States.
Threat after threat after threat.
For decades, the North Koreans got away with these acts because no one drew a line and said "there will be war if the line is crossed."  That has now changed.
Given Sean Spicer's remark to OANN Reporter Trey Yingst today, the question now is, what will North Korea do once the US moves against them?
Prepare yourselves, America.
