Can’t Defend Say 1st Responders- America’s Compromised

One day after I relese, among other things, information which demonstrates UN military activity on American soil, I have been inundated with communications, mny from first-responders-in-training, which address the following themes?

1. There is a decided uptick in training by federal officials of local authorities in the areas of first-responder techniques and training with regard to a potential chemical, biological and nuclear (CBN). I can now pinpoint at least 9 areas where this is verifiable.
   
2. Our emergency communications are compromised by the Chinese.
   
3. The trend curve of the reports received by the CSS suggests that danger to America is coming on multiple fronts (eg dam infrastructure and/or the ability to respond to a disaster).
   

Prior to launcing into first-responder concerns, I wanted to follow up with  2 emails that address yesterday’s revelations of concerning UN military activity on American soil.

 my wife and I have very recently seen those same exact helicopters flying low along the Cowlitz river up here in Washington state, not to mention totally white unmarked Ospreys(dual rotor airplane capable of hovering). I’m a war vet and can identify helicopters at night by their sound. We have been having Chinooks flying LLA at all times of the night over us. They also seem to patrol highway-12 W to E towards Mayfield and Rife lakes almost every night. On three separate occasions over the past several months helicopters have flown over at night and SPOTLIGHTED my house! On one of the occasions I was able to get outside before the light hit my house and show them they are #1.
Just had to stop and go outside, it was two UH60A’s flying through at 150-200 feet up but couldn’t see markings because it’s dark 10:30 pmhere.

The above does not mean much until we consider the following communication from the exact same area.

This reinforces my initial conclusion as expressed yesterday that there is an anticipated mass casualty event planned in several different areas inside the United States and the UN is prepping to take center stage.

The following communications are merely representative of the massive outpouring of information I am receiving from first-responders and related personnel.

…I have a friend who is a first responder here in San Diego. He said yesterday he had to sit through a 4 hour security briefing about terrorism among other issues. My friend relayed to me that there is a significant increase in Heroin in the city, when I asked if it was coming up through the Mexican Border, he said yes. The Cartels would have unlimited access to the poppy fields in exchange for smuggling them into the US. He also said that the counter terrorist representative conveyed off the books that the CIA or NSA is closely monitoring the escalating tensions between Liberals and Conservatives without doing anything so much to lessen them. I am unaware if there was any further point to this as far as flase flags go. The Counter Terrorist representative also stated that all the mainstream media sources are unreliable…There was undoubtedly much more that was said, but this is all I got out of my friend. In my opinion, this briefing would suggest that something is stirring here with the Cartels and OTMs/sleeper cells in the near future. My friend does not listen to your show or really any of the shows in the truth movement, so when he mentioned this I knew he wasn’t just making it up, as in where would he have even gotten the idea? If I hear anymore from him I will be sure to send it your way. Also there has been a lot of military aircraft activity recently, always under the cover of darkness or heavy cloud cover so I have no idea what is being flown. I’m not saying this for sure means anything, but it’s something to note. Anyways thanks for what you do, keep fighting the good fight.

This is very consistent with what I have previously reported on. I ran this report through one of my DEA contacts an he confirmed that there open intelligence is stating that terrorist related, domestic terrorism is being supported by heroin shipments originating from Afghanistan to the Muslim Brotherhood splinter terrorist organizations and funneled through their contacts in Peru to the drug cartels/terrorist partners inside the United States. Based upon this intel, which was restated information from 18 months ago, there is a Tet Offensive planned and we are seeing the planning for this event.

On April 26, I reported that Paul Preston told me that he was receiving intel which stated that military, medical-related callups were taking place in which people with medical specialties were being called back into active duty status.

Warning of Coming Tet-Style Offensive Against the American People

This account based on observations being made in November os 2016, would seem to indicate that these plans have been in teh word for sometime.

A lot of the training posted by DHS is publicly viewable on Eventbrite.com. If something happened in Laramie or Cheyenne, on a larger scale, as in fatalities, neither city could handle such a crisis, even with mutual aid from other surrounding areas. Recently in a command class in Cheyenne, myself plus two others from the Laramie county Emergency Management Agency were talking, and agreed, Laramie wouldn’t make it… Cheyenne will do better because they train constantly throughout the year using events like Frontier Days and other large events. But even cheyenne would struggle with a mass casualty or fatalities event.
On top of that, China owns motorola including the cell phone side.  Over the past decade, motorola has pushed public service agencies to take the P-25 digital trunking system for communications. Since as early as 1999, mountain and rural agencies have found that the systems do not work part of the time in mountain terrain, yet Wyoming spent millions and got he system under the name WYOLINK. Colorado has a similar system with more repeater sites than Wyoming and still lacking coverage in the mountain areas of central colorado. Each repeater site cost a million dollars. So what is here, is as far as its going… With Wyolink, the system has been so dysfunctional that a few agencies are talking about going back to analog…With Wyolink, the radios can be tracked, and remotely stunned, disabled, or even re-written on the programming.
Many with communications backgrounds are concerned because it would be so easy to disable radios in an emergency event.
With the older technology, this wasn’t the case.

This information tells us two things: (1) The Chinese have set themselves up to disrupt our emergency communications. If they can do it in Wyoming, they undoubtedly have set themselves up to to do this in other areas as well; (2) The probability that we have been set up to have our emergency communications paralyzed by the Chinese at the worst possible time is very high!
This is concerning beyond belief. It speaks to a traitor that would allow the Chinese to have access to something so important.

The Oroville Dam-Critical Infrastucture Run Amok

Another critical area of concern for Americans should be out vulnerable infrastructure. At the top of this is the beleagured Oroville Dam. Please consider the following communication received on 4/26/17

This exact same information was told to me by Paul Preston in the late hours of 4/25.  Why is this important? It is important for a variety of reasons:

1. This is gross incompetence and Gov. Brown’s Water Department is worried about “overhangs” at the dam site which has nothing to do with the stur dam itelf.
   
2. The blasting can further erode the already weakened dam structure and cause a catastrophic failure.
   
3. Based on what we are learning about the failure emergency communications systems, the ability of the government to respond to a dam breach is of high concern.
   

IF the dam fails, 2.5 million people are at risk and as Paul Preston is reporting, his dam eperts tell him that the dam will not likely survive that spring run off. A disaster of such a magnitude would paralyze this country as 25 of all retail and food comes out of California. If such an event were to happen, this would provide the impetus for a UN medical martial law response.
In all, I have 11 emails indicating unusual first-responder training in vernty atypical situations. There is something clear at work here and I believe we are entering a very dangerous time and the UN will be at the center of it all.
