Chinese EMP Hit the Fitzgerald-Nimitz Racing to Scene As War Is Close

I publicly stated, on June 21, that the USS Fitzgerald was hit by an EMP. My belief is rooted in several factors which will be discussed by the end of the article. However, the foundation for my belief comes from a two-year-old declassified intelligence report.
A 2015 declassified intelligence report, obtained by the private National Security Archive, provides details on China’s EMP weapons as well as the plans for their use.
The report details how much of China’s military is developing EMP weapons that the Chinese plan to use against  targeted U.S. aircraft carriers with regard to any future conflict over Taiwan. Parts of the National Ground Intelligence Center study on the lethal effects of electromagnetic pulse (EMP) and high-powered microwave (HPM) weapons revealed that the arms are part of what China refers to as the “assassin’s mace”. This  arsenal of EMP weapons allows a technologically inferior China to defeat U.S. military forces while leaving much of the surrounding infrastructure intact. It is like the neutron bomb of EMP weaponry.
The report further states “For use against Taiwan, China could detonate at a much lower altitude (30 to 40 kilometers) … to confine the EMP effects to Taiwan and its immediate vicinity and minimize damage to electronics on the mainland.” After I aired my opinion that the Fitzgerald was hit by an EMP, I heard from an old reliable deep cover source, as well as a new source, in which both sourcesstated pretty much the same story. The Fitzgerald was hit with a Chinese based EMP and that the new generation of Chinese EMP weaponry is capable of targeting a select area and take down a tank, a plane or a ship without damaging surrounding electronics.
Both sources and the once labeled “top secret ” report, revealed that Chinese military writings have emphasized the importance of building low-yield EMP warheads. The report said that future Chinese EMP weapons should emphasize developing “any low-yield strategic nuclear warhead (or tactical nuclear warheads) could be used with similar effects. The DF-21 medium-range ballistic missile was prominently mentioned as a platform for the EMP attack against a country such as Taiwan”.  Of course, this strategy has definitive applicability in its use against the United States.
According to the report, this “trump card” or “assassin’s mace” weapons that are based on new technology, has been developed in high secrecy. Trump card would be applicable if the Chinese have developed new low-yield, possibly enhanced, EMP warheads, while assassin’s mace would apply if older warheads are employed, the report said. But as stated, individual aircraft carriers would be prime targets for the newest generation of Chinese EMP weapons.
Americans have been told by our corporate controlled media that EMP weapons will have no impact on human beings. These reports are a bold faced lie as this same report went on to detail how the Chinese have conducted EMP tests on mice, rats, rabbits, dogs and monkeys.  The results of the mammal directed EMP test results produced eye, brain, bone marrow and other significant organ injuries. It stated that “it is clear the real purpose of the Chinese medical experiments is to learn the potential human effects of exposure to powerful EMP and high-powered microwave radiation.”  The report also concluded that these human based EMP tests may have been conducted to determine safety or shielding standards for military personnel or weapons.
In conclusion, with regard to this exotic weaponry, it is clear that the Chinese plan for nuclear EMP strikes against the United States are part of Chinese military doctrine and there is also evidence that China has already developed a set of super-EMP nuclear weapons that produce powerful EMP fields, but with EMP related effects that can be contained to specific geographic locations. There is no doubt  that the Chinese are perfecting task-specific EMP weapons to a degree that is now known outside of classified circles.
After speaking to my sources and reviewing the previously classified report, I have no doubt that is what the Fitzgerald was hit with.
The US Navy has presented a scenario in which we asked to believe the highly improbable scenario in which the Fitzgerald was accidentally struck by a cargo ship. This bold faced lie could only be true if the crews of both ships simultaneously had an electronic failure resulting in radar and sonar malfunctions and the lookouts of both ship simultaneously went to sleep. The Navy cover story is simply not believable.
China’s economy, no matter how many times they try to restructure, is failing. The Chinese government faces disenfranchised opposition from extremely poor peasants living in the outlying provinces. To add salt to these wounds, we need to realize that the conflict in the South China Sea was originally fueled by the Chinese who were  left out of a monumental trade agreement, the Trans-Pacific Partnership (TPP). Even though the TPP is dead, China’s claims of ownership of the South China Sea, which would disrupted the trade agreement, remains in place. Subsequently, Chinese foreign policy is guided by these two principles:

1. Disrupt any resurrection of the TPP so no nation gains an economic advantage over China in its own backyard.
   
2. Isolate Taiwan geographically and militarily. Closing down the South China Sea moves China in the direction of accomplishing this kind of action. The short-term goal is to economically diminish Taiwan. The final goal is the take-over of Taiwan.
   

China is increasingly aggressive, almost to the point of forming a quasi-naval blockade in and around the disputed territories which are a point of disagreement between China, her neighbors and the United States. In fact, China’s actions within the last few days are clearly indicative of a nation determined to defend its claims, just ask the seven dead sailors from the Fitzgerald. The attack upon the Fitzgerald was a clear warning that the Chinese are capable of  defending the South China Sea. From the Chinese perspective, the Fitzgerald may very well have been an aircraft carrier, like the Nimitz.
Speaking of the Nimitz, the US is not to be deterred. The Nimitz is sailing to the area where the Fitzgerald was attacked. Will the Nimitz task force enter the South China Sea and dare the Chinese to start World War III?

And with reports coming out last week that North Korea was only 'one step away' from launching a nuclear missile that could hit America while even the Wall Street Journal recently reported North Korea dreams of turning out the lights in America, the options President Trump faces on how to deal with the 'North Korea problem' are paved with peril.   While the Washington Post asked in a recent story, "what did President Trump mean" by his recent tweet (seen via screenshot above), Vox was freaking out even more, reporting "Trump just sent a mystifying, disturbing tweet about North Korea" and "maybe the president shouldn't tweet vaguely threatening things about a nuclear power".   Well the Post now gets an answer to their question as President Trump's White House has just released a statement called "Continuation of the National Emergency with Respect to North Korea" within which the President reiterates why all of these Executive Orders on North Korea have been signed in the first place dating back years: to deal with the unusual and extraordinary threat to the national security, foreign policy, and economy of the United States posed by the continued actions and policies of the Government of North Korea. From President Trump's new statement: The existence and risk of proliferation of weapons-usable fissile material on the Korean Peninsula and the actions and policies of the Government of North Korea continue to pose an unusual and extraordinary threat to the national security, foreign policy, and economy of the United States. For this reason, the national emergency declared in Executive Order 13466, expanded in scope in Executive Order 13551, addressed further in Executive Order 13570, further expanded in scope in Executive Order 13687, and under which additional steps were taken in Executive Order 13722 of March 15, 2016, and the measures taken to deal with that national emergency, must continue in effect beyond June 26, 2017. Therefore, in accordance with section 202(d) of the National Emergencies Act (50 U.S.C. 1622(d)), I am continuing for 1 year the national emergency with respect to North Korea declared in Executive Order 13466. And while this statement doesn't specifically address the exact reason that Kim's North Korea poses an 'unusual and extraordinary threat' to the United States, those who have been paying attention know that there is a very real chance that Kim and NKorea have two 'aces in the hole' that fly over the US several times every day in satellite's KMS 3-2 and KMS-4. Warning also that North Korea was the 'most urgent' threat to international peace and the security of the US, 'Maddog' also helped to explain why war might NOT be the answer - it could quickly lead to devastation. "I retired from military service three months after sequestration took effect," Mattis, a former Marine general, told the House Armed Services Committee. "Four years later, I returned to the Department (of Defense), and I have been shocked by what I've seen about our readiness to fight... No enemy in the field has done more to harm the readiness of our military than sequestration."  Ahead of the four-hour hearing, Mattis also warned that North Korea poses the most urgent threat to international peace and security, calling the regime's weapons program a "clear and present danger" to all. In written testimony, he said Pyongyang is increasing the pace and scope of its nuclear weapons program that leader Kim Jong-Un wants to be capable of delivering a bomb on the United States. "The regime's provocative actions, manifestly illegal under international law, have not abated despite United Nations' censure and sanctions," Mattis said. Pyongyang has test-fired a string of missiles this year, building on launches and nuclear tests that have ratcheted up tensions over its quest to develop weapons capable of hitting the United States -- something Trump has vowed "won't happen." But Mattis and his top military officer, General Joe Dunford, said any military action against North Korea would have disastrous consequences for the peninsula. "It would be a war like nothing we have seen since 1953," Mattis said about the end of the Korean War. With apparent terrorist supporters within the US Congress in Washington DC showing their true colors 'en masse' by neglecting to sign on to Tulsi Gabbard's "Stop Arming Terrorists" bill, thus seemingly proving their allegiance to arming the same ISIS terrorists who want to slaughter Americans and destroy our nation, we're not the least bit surprised that there are still 'enemies of America within', willing to do whatever they can to take down our nation.  While for the first time in many years we actually found ourselves agreeing with Arizona Senator John McCain who claimed North Korean President Kim Jong Un should be held responsible for the murder of Otto Warmbier, we agree even more with President Trump who claimed former US President Barack Obama should have done much more much sooner to get Otto home than he did, sentiments agreed on by Otto's father Fred Warmbier.  In fact, the entire situation happening in North Korea could be looked at from that standpoint: The 'North Korea problem' should have been dealt with much sooner rather than that 'can kicked down the road' as far as it has been. Now it's been dumped in President Trump's lap at a time even high-profile national security people are talking about the potential of a deranged Kim sending the US back to the dark ages, wiping out 90% of us or more in the process.  If you asked the average person about what threat North Korea poses to the United States, they’ll probably respond with a blank stare. The few who happen to pay attention to the news, will likely mention North Korea’s nuclear program, as well as their efforts to develop long range ballistic missiles that could one day reach the United States. That’s pretty much all most Americans know about North Korea’s capabilities, because that’s all they hear about from the media. The truth however is much more frightening. There’s plenty of evidence to suggest that North Korea is either capable of, or is working on the ability to launch an EMP attack against the United States. Unlike the threat posed by a nuclear tipped missile, this wouldn’t just destroy a city or wipe out an overseas military base. It could destroy every city, and kill millions of people. Without a functional electrical grid, there’s simply no way that our society can feed and shelter the current population. I read this a little earlier today. Who remembers the USS Donald Cook story when the Russians flew over the ship and all of the ships super sophisticated electronics shut down? The Donald Cook tried repeatedly to reboot their systems and failed every time as the Russian plane spent thirty minutes repeatedly flying over the Donald Cook before leaving. The crew was shaken to it's core with some literally pissing their britches. How do you function when all your shields are down? Some of the crew severed their service with the US Navy at the next port call. What kind of tech could do that? Maybe the same kind of tech that possibly disabled the electronics on the Fitzgerald perhaps????  Things that make you go hmmmmm ! ?

US destroyer “Donald Cook” with cruise missiles “Tomahawk” entered the neutral waters of the Black Sea on April 10. The appearance of American warships in these waters is in contradiction of the Montreux Convention about the nature and duration of stay in the Black Sea by the military ships of countries not washed by this sea.

According to this version, “Aegis” spotted from afar the approaching aircraft, and sounded alarm. Everything went normally, American radars calculated the speed of the approaching target. And suddenly all the screens went blank. “Aegis” was not working any more, and the rockets could not get target information. Meanwhile, Su-24 flew over the deck of the destroyer, did battle turn and simulated missile attack on the target. Then it turned and repeated the maneuver. And did so 12 times.

Apparently, all efforts to revive the “Aegis” and provide target information for the defence failed. Russia’s reaction to military pressure from the United States was profoundly calm, feels the Russian political scientist Pavel Zolotarev:
The demonstration was original enough. A bomber without any weapons, but having onboard equipment for jamming enemy radar, worked against a destroyer equipped with “Aegis”, the most modern system of air and missile defence. But this system of mobile location, in this case the ship, has a significant drawback. That is, the target tracking capabilities.

They work well when there is a number of these ships which can coordinate with each other somehow. In this case there was just one destroyer. And, apparently, the algorithm of the radar in the “Aegis” system on the destroyer did not load under the influence of jamming by the Su-24. It was therefore not only a nervous reaction to the fact of flying around by the Russin bomber which was common practice during the Cold War.

The reaction of the Americans was due to the fact that most modern system, especially its informative or radar part, did not work adequately. Therefore, there was such a nervous reaction to the whole episode.

After the incident, the foreign media reported that “Donald Cook” was rushed into a port in Romania. There all the 27 members of the crew filed a letter of resignation. It seems that all 27 people have written that they are not going to risk their lives. This is indirectly confirmed by the Pentagon statement according to which the action demoralized the crew of the American ship.

ALERT: Sinister Terror Plot EXPOSED By Mother of Heroic Sailor – Please Pray For Our Fleet

A container ship registered in the Philippines collided with the USS Fitzgerald off the coast of Japan early Sunday morning resulting in the deaths of seven sailors.

The U.S. Navy has yet to determine whether the incident involved foul play and is working with the captain of the container ship, but the mother of one sailor is raising important questions. Could this have been an attack against American forces? (via The American Thinker)

The mainstream media has been reporting on the collision as if it were an accident, but as more details emerge the collision appears to be an intentional ramming — a deliberate attack.

The container ship was barely damaged while the USS Fitzgerald will be out of commission for close to a year while the anti-ballistic missile destroyer is repaired.

The mother of one of the sailors aboard the USS Fitzgerald contacted The American Thinker to detail some of the oddities in the “official story” the mainstream media has been reporting.

“The ship is registered in the Philippines. We do not know who the owner is. The container ship neither had its running lights or transponder on. That is an action taken willfully,” The mother explained.

“Furthermore,” she continues, “for the container ship to strike with such accuracy is troublesome. Given what some have done with cars in Europe, what a feather in the cap it would be to sink a U.S. Navy warship. Think on that.”

The container ship was manned by a crew of 20 sailors and had reportedly made a sharp turn shortly before the collision occurred. Early evidence suggests the collision was intentional (via The Guardian).

Container ships do not just ram into military vessels. There are strict protocols designed to prevent collisions at sea and all of those protocols were ignored by the Philippine-based container ship.

The USS Fitzgerald was recently deployed as part of the USS Ronald Reagan strike group. The USS Fitzgerald is an anti-ballistic missile vessel which accompanied the strike group to protect American vessels from missile strikes.

The loss of the USS Fitzgerald, while repairs are undertaken, renders other American vessels in the region defenseless against ballistic strikes.

The intentional collision could be the latest tactic of asymmetrical warfare as North Korean or Islamic forces grapple to overcome American military superiority.

This evening (Sunday, June 25 in North Korea) will mark the anniversary of the Korean War which was sparked by the North's invasion of its neighbours.

Analysts believe Kim will use this as his big chance to show off his deadly toys on the world stage, and potentially spark all-out war.

"With these important dates on the North Korean state calendar, they can dial them up and dial them down as they want to," John Delury, an associate professor at the Yonsei University Graduate School of International Studies in Seoul, told CNN.

US spy satellites have already picked up activity at the North's underground nuclear test site, backing the theory.

And just yesterday the country conducted another rocket engine test which US officials fear is a precursor to Kim’s development of a nuclear-capable intercontinental ballistic missile.

Jean Lee, a lecturer on North Korean studies, says the idea of carrying out tests on important dates is the country's perfect opportunity to trumpet its strength.

"I think it's safe to say that they will conduct another nuclear test at some point," Lee told CNN recently.

"But they do calibrate the timing very carefully and are really taking a number of factors into consideration."

Pyongyang and Washington are now at loggerheads after US student Otto Warmbier died just days after his release from Kim's torturous gulag.

His death sparked a furious reaction from Donald Trump who slammed the North as a "brutal regime", and even described dictator Kim as a "madman".

His comments then led to an outraged Kim blasting Trump a "terrorist" and "psychopath".

What spooked the USS Donald Cook so much in the Black Sea?

The State Department acknowledged that the crew of the destroyer USS Donald Cook has been gravely demoralized ever since their vessel was flown over in the Black Sea by a Russian Sukhoi-24 (Su-24) fighter jet which carried neither bombs nor missiles but only an electronic warfare device.

On 10 April 2014, the USS Donald Cook entered the waters of the Black Sea and on 12 April a Russian Su-24 tactical bomber flew over the vessel triggering an incident that, according to several media reports, completely demoralized its crew, so much so that the Pentagon issued a protest [1].
The USS Donald Cook (DDG-75) is a 4th generation guided missile destroyer whose key weapons are Tomahawk cruise missiles with a range of up to 2,500 kilometers, and capable of carrying nuclear explosives. This ship carries 56 Tomahawk missiles in standard mode, and 96 missiles in attack mode.
The US destroyer is equipped with the most recent Aegis Combat System. It is an integrated naval weapons systems which can link together the missile defense systems of all vessels embedded within the same network, so as to ensure the detection, tracking and destruction of hundreds of targets at the same time. In addition, the USS Donald Cook is equipped with 4 large radars, whose power is comparable to that of several stations. For protection, it carries more than fifty anti-aircraft missiles of various types.
Meanwhile, the Russian Su-24 that buzzed the USS Donald Cook carried neither bombs nor missiles but only a basket mounted under the fuselage, which, according to the Russian newspaper Rossiyskaya Gazeta [2], contained a Russian electronic warfare device called Khibiny.
As the Russian jet approached the US vessel, the electronic device disabled all radars, control circuits, systems, information transmission, etc. on board the US destroyer. In other words, the all-powerful Aegis system, now hooked up - or about to be - with the defense systems installed on NATO’s most modern ships was shut down, as turning off the TV set with the remote control.
The Russian Su-24 then simulated a missile attack against the USS Donald Cook, which was left literally deaf and blind. As if carrying out a training exercise, the Russian aircraft - unarmed - repeated the same maneuver 12 times before flying away.
After that, the 4th generation destroyer immediately set sail towards a port in Romania.
Since that incident, which the Atlanticist media have carefully covered up despite the widespread reactions sparked among defense industry experts, no US ship has ever approached Russian territorial waters again.
According to some specialized media, 27 sailors from the USS Donald Cook requested to be relieved from active service.
Vladimir Balybine - director of the research center on electronic warfare and the evaluation of so-called "visibility reduction" techniques attached to the Russian Air Force Academy - made the following comment:
