"Blue-Ribbon" Panel Findings on Torture Empty

574 page report funded by Rockefeller Foundation & other globalists in response to Bush/Obama indictments and convictions worldwide for torture & war crimes. It was completed and distributed a just a few days ago after two years of work & research. You might want to download & or print it before it disappears via some executive decree. The authors of the report include former congressmen & ambassadors, president of the American Bar Association, editor of the American Journal of Legal Studies, Brigadier General, 1st female 3 star General, Director of the FBI (William Sessions), Ambassador to UN (Thomas Pickering), President of the American College of Physicians, and several other distinguished non-partisan professionals. It was distributed to & presumably read by Clinton, Bush, Obummer and actually states rather ambiguously that any arrest or detention worldwide of said officials could very well be deemed to be legitimate and standing, as far as the objective rule of law is concerned.
Here are some snippets:

"Perhaps the most important or notable finding of this panel is that it is indisputable that the United States engaged in the practice of torture.....The second notable conclusion of the Task Force is that the nation’s highest officials bear some responsibility for allowing and contributing to the spread of torture........U.S. forces, in many instances, used interrogation techniques on detainees thatconstitute torture. American personnel conducted an even larger number of interrogations that involved “cruel, inhuman, or degrading” treatment. Bothcategories of actions violate U.S. laws and international treaties. Such conduct was directly counter to values of the Constitution and our nation."
