A Screen Room can take many forms even with windows but those will need the wire in the glass to prevent waves from coming through... I don't know the spacing of the wire based on the type of frequency but I'm sure one could find info. A Screen Room is not necessarily screen, can be metal with grounding strips on the door to ensure no penetration.

Cell phone towers are like a giant microwave on a stick. This technology is punishment in disguise. These towers are not for a transfer of data but are weaponized structures capable of transmitting huge amounts of deadly radio wave energy for multiple/nefarious uses. GWEN transmitters have many different functions, including controlling the weather, mind, behavior and mood control of the populace.
The power of these GWEN towers is deadly and exponential. As a comparison, two hair dryers use about 2,400 watts of power, the same amount of the power a telecommunications satellite uses to send a signal 20,000 miles back down the earth. The earth’s circumference is about 24,000 miles wide. The power of two hair dryers transmit enough power to broadcast the length of the entire planet. The GWEN towers emit 300,000 watts or 300 kilowatts of power (1 tower = 300 microwave ovens) per cable, a conservative estimate.
GWEN (Ground Wave Emergency Network) transmitters, placed 200 miles apart across the USA, allow specific frequencies to be tailored to the geomagnetic-field strength in each area, allowing the magnetic field to be altered.
They operate in the VLF range, with transmissions between VLF 150 and 175 KHz. They also emit UHF waves of 225 – 400 MHz.
The VLF signals travel by waves that hug the ground rather than radiate into the atmosphere. A GWEN station transmits up to a 300-mile radius, the signal dropping off sharply over distance. I can't quite get into writing out the small part I know of the 'electrical' aspect of the Holy Spirit, and Ive said it b4, anyway.

The House Intelligence Committee determined that in November 2016, Simpson met with Bruce Ohr shortly after the election to discuss their findings regarding Russia and Trump. Bruce Ohr lost his senior-level position at the DOJ as associate deputy attorney general after his meetings with Simpson and British spy Christopher Steele, who assembled the Trump-Russia dossier, were discovered.
And why would Fusion GPS hire Nellie Ohr?
