At the end of the video you see him speaking into a microphone (which stands for artist). The words say, "Recorded at Q Department Studios". The next frame says, "DEPARTMENT OF RECORDS". The US Department of State Records is the National Archives.

In National Treasure 2 the group was on Mount Rushmore. The clue said to look for a noble bird. The next clue said, "The entrance shall only be revealed under a cloudless rain." You need a sunny day and rain. The water makes the rocks darker. So they poured water on the rocks and Abigail found a right-facing phoenix.
