Let's all hope that this is an April fools joke. It might be true but I'm leary of things like this that I read on 01 April.

i actually read about this a couple of days ago.....if true, its scary....it also makes sense to think that they would try to develop something like this....i don't necessarily think think that the mark of the beast is a computer chip all by itself, but let your mind ramble around a bit and connect the two.....

I saw a video on YouTube a few weeks ago that could produce a video (of sorts) of something a person is thinking of. It was crude but it did work. Examples below.
