Tanks on a train passing through Los Angeles CA, USA. Is it possible that these very same tanks could be used for martial law?
What about the newly released video from Los Angeles? This shows a train moving through L.A., California carrying HEAVY military tanks; where are they going? What are they preparing for – martial law as asked by the videographer?
