12 minutes long, Kevin Shipp lays it all out. I picked out a typical comment below this video. Most read much the same. One comment there was short and sweet and got right to the point in only 5 words;

You know I've been posting about this.  I've been searching Q and the forum and cannot come up with the day Barr was first mentioned as AG, but it was months ago, maybe even last summer.
I was very surprised when Whitaker was put in as acting AG as I was expecting Barr. He also does not come up on a Q search, but was announced there also.

This tells me a couple things.  Barr's appointment is not predicated on anything Bush did or said.
And the Team is very well aware of Barr's history.

So what can we surmise?  Maybe he was offered the 'NoName' Solution OR cooperate, and he's elected to cooperate.

OR, he doesn't yet know how much trouble he's in and has been set up (as so many have) to be exposed.  It's this exercise that is so painful to go through; for me anyway.

There is this thing about needing/wanting the evidence to be open sourced.  And the whole Team contributes to that.   How much of this exercise is legally necessary and how much is to wake up the sleeping sheep, I don't know.

Then there's the demonrat dilemma.  Barr's been a player forever, so do they confirm his appointment?  I think they don't know what the heck to do.  haha.

Lastly, Didn't Shipp say he's NOT into Q?  That's fine and doesn't change his Barr information.  But knowing Q gives us an opportunity to understand  'why Barr', and weather yet another possible storm of twists and turns.
There are just so many darned rats to eradicate!!!  If we miss some they can just reproduce.
The scope of the Plan is so HUGE, battling on so many fronts simultaneously.  it's mind boggling, yet orchestrated, coordinated, and beautiful.
