An interesting Bill was put in motion, as to whether is passed not sure, but my guess it has been passed. Please ignore the title, i think it was put there for flagging purposes otherwise it may be removed.

All things considered its interesting various outlets have been throwing these type hoaxes out for awhile now. Maybe its just me, but the fact that they're so darn believable, as out there as they might sound speaks volumes for what's going on nowadays.
