[Ed. Note: It’s quite interesting that the states certifying the fastest are precisely the same ones with the most controversy. Why the rush? As of this writing, Washington, Oregon, California, and New York still have not certified. They could have certified in late October in some of those places, but it’s only the states with the most controversy that feel the need to stomp on the gas peddle.]

Pennsylvania, Nevada Certify Biden Wins 6-6

Officials in Pennsylvania and Nevada are the latest to certify the results in the battleground states following lawsuits by the Trump campaign contesting the results in those states.

Pennsylvania Gov. Tom Wolf announced Tuesday morning that the Pennsylvania Department of State certified the results and granted its 20 electoral votes to President-elect Joe Biden.

Officials in Nevada did the same on Tuesday afternoon, Politico reports.

“Today [the Pennsylvania Department of State] certified the results of the November 3 election in Pennsylvania for president and vice president of the United States. As required by federal law, I’ve signed the Certificate of Ascertainment for the slate of electors for Joe Biden and Kamala Harris,” Wolf wrote on Twitter.
