The vaunted S-400 air-defense missile system has made its appearance on the streets of Moscow, Russia, indicating Russian belief they will need air defenses very soon. Meanwhile in Belarus, President Lukashenko addressed troops and mentioned "war" 36 times, saying Lithuania must be no more.

We begin with a final communique sent by Russia to the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE) in which Russia asks simply "Do you intend to fulfill key security obligations?" Clearly, the mere posing of the question presumes the OSCE has NOT fulfilled them, and behind the question, one ought to be able to clearly see, Russia is deploying its military in ways not seen since World War 2.

In line with the deployment reality, a new battalion of S-400 ‘Triumf’ surface-to-air missile systems went on combat duty in the air defense regiment stationed in the town of Dmitrov near Moscow, sources in Russia’s Defense Ministry report.

The new S-400 ‘Triumf’ surface-to-air missile systems arrived at their permanent deployment site in the Moscow Region in late December after they successfully accomplished initial missile firings at the Kapustin Yar proving range in the Astrakhan Region.

Currently, five surface-to-air missile regiments armed with S-400 ‘Triumf’ systems are providing air defense for Moscow and Russia’s Central Industrial Region as part of the Aerospace Force’s air defense formations.

Russia’s S-400 ‘Triumf’ (NATO reporting name: SA-21 Growler) is the latest long-and medium-range surface-to-air missile system that went into service in 2007. It is designed to destroy strategic and tactical aircraft, cruise and ballistic missiles and hypersonic weapons and can also be used against ground installations. The S-400 can engage targets at a distance of up to 400 km and at an altitude of up to 30 km under intensive enemy fire and jamming.

BELARUS BASES BEING EMPTIED

Meanwhile in neighboring Belarus, the real action seems to be taking place. Belarus is all but EMPTYING vast numbers of military bases shown on the map image below:

The equipment and men at these bases would only be deployed all at once, if there was a very real "threat of war." The fact they're being emptied now, indicates that threat of actual war is now real.

Sources in Belarus suggest 60% of daily railroad traffic in cities like Gomel and Mazyr is now composed of Russian military echelons. Areas immediately adjacent to railyards are full of offloaded military equipment, troops, and logistical supplies.

Military Hardware FROM RUSSIA also enters Belarus via road along the E30, P43/A-130, and M10/A-240.

The photo below, from yesterday, Belarusian soldiers listening to Lukashenko's address in which President Lukashenko talked about bringing Ukraine back into the fold of Slavism and terminating Lithuanian statehood. He used the word "war" 36 times.

The armed forces of the Untied States have begun moving MORE THAN 45 M1 Abrams Main Battle Tanks, and MORE THAN 80 Bradley Fighting Vehicles from the port of . . . San Diego, today. Where in the Pacific might this armor be going????
The armor above translates to a tank battalion and roughly 2 mechanized battalions. That's some heavy duty firepower!
The US moves toward multiple war fronts just keep getting worse and worse.
The heavy battle armor shown above is being loaded on the USNS Bob Hope which will head out into the Pacific. But to where?
Taiwan? That means instant war with China.
Europe? You can't get there from here . . . well, at least not too easily. The US east coast is GENERALLY from where a European supply would travel.

Special Air Mission flights are now shuttling high-ranking officials from Washington, DC to Colorado Springs, CO . . .multiple flights are underway.
The United States Air Force "Special Air Mission (SAM)" provides air transportation for the president of the United States (POTUS), vice president of the United States (VPOTUS), first lady of the United States (FLOTUS), presidential Cabinet, U.S. congressional delegations (CODELs), and other high-ranking American and foreign dignitaries.
The Special Air Mission is under the cognizance of the Air Mobility Command (AMC) and executed by the 89th Airlift Wing (89 AW) based at Andrews Air Force Base, Maryland.
On Sunday night, shuttling began in earnest by SAM flights from Washington, DC to Colorado Springs. .

The Cheyenne Mountain Complex is a Space Force installation and defensive bunker located in unincorporated El Paso County, Colorado, next to the city of Colorado Springs, at the Cheyenne Mountain Space Force Station, which hosts the activities of several tenant units. Also located in Colorado Springs is Peterson Space Force Base, where the North American Aerospace Defense Command (NORAD) and United States Northern Command (USNORTHCOM) headquarters are located.

The bunker's Command Center was upgraded during 2003 and 2004 for $13 million.
Formerly the center for the United States Space Command and NORAD, the Complex monitored the air space of Canada and the United States for missiles, space systems, and foreign aircraft through its worldwide early-warning system. Since 2008, NORAD and the United States Space Command have been based at Peterson Space Force Base and the complex, re-designated as an air force station, is used for crew training and as a back-up command center if required.
The military complex has included, in the past, many units of NORAD, U.S. Space Command, Aerospace Defense Command (ADCOM), Air Force Systems Command, Air Weather Service, and Federal Emergency Management (FEMA). The complex's communication center is also used by the nearby U.S. Civil Defense Warning Center.
So . . . why are shuttles carrying high ranking officials to NORAD in Colorado Springs?

The WC-135 Constant Phoenix is a special-purpose aircraft derived from the Boeing C-135 Stratolifter and used by the United States Air Force. Its mission is to collect samples from the atmosphere for the purpose of detecting and identifying nuclear explosions. It is also informally referred to as the "weather bird" or "the sniffer" by workers on the program and international media respectively.
In addition, another specialized aircraft, a RIVET JOINT is also engaged in heavy Signals Intelligence (SigInt) all around Ukraine:

These are planes with very specific military purposes and they are engaged in actual taskings in a region where military conflict is now LIKELY to take place.
When you put two and two together, a nuke sniffer and a signals intel aircraft, plus shuttles of high ranking people from Washington, DC to Colorado Springs (NORAD/Bunkers) it isn't too hard to see massive trouble on the horizon.
The shuttles of people from DC to NORAD is especially concerning.

Russian Intel Agency just gave an statement to Russian Television (RT):
Russia will respond if Russian citizens start being killed anywhere, including in Donbass region.
NOTE: More than 870,000 residents of the Donetsk and Luhansk People's Republics (DPR , LPR) have acquired Russian citizenship according to Viktor Vodolatsky (Duma Committee on CIS Affairs, Eurasian Integration & Relations with Compatriots)

The Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA) also issued a statement: "The preparation of our responses to the US and NATO proposals on security guarantees are at the final stages."

ANALYSIS
Strange thing for the Foreign Ministry to say; especially in light of the now confirmed fact that sixty percent of Russian Battalion Tactical Groups (BTG's) (60% of their entire nation's BTG's) are now at Russia's western border, near Ukraine, or in Belarus, near Poland, Lithuania, and the rest of the Baltic States. Are those BTG's their "response?" Fourteen MORE BTG's are arriving by train, right now, bringing the percentage up to seventy percent (70%).
For about a week, the US has been telling the world that a Russian "invasion" of Ukraine, "Will begin on Wednesday" which is tomorrow, February 16, 2022. What if the US was actually telegraphing what . . . UKRAINE is going to do??? What if it is UKRAINE that is going to attack Luhansk and Donetsk, to bring those breakaway Oblasts back under Ukraine control, and BLAME the outbreak of hostilities on the Russians?
What if they CALL Ukraine's attack upon the now-Independent Donbass (It was recognized by the Russian Duma by official vote, yesterday) a "Russian Invasion?"
Will the US and EU propaganda media CALL a Ukrainian attack upon the Donbass, a "Russian Invasion?"
Because if Ukraine tries to bring Luhansk and Donetsk back under Ukraine control by force, an outright war is what we're all going to have. And if the date is to be believed, that war will start within HOURS from now.
Just this morning, the U.S. is still telling Americans to get out of Ukraine "immediately" and this morning they expanded that warning to tell any Americans in BELARUS to leave immediately.
As this story is written, it is 3:02 PM eastern US time. Ukraine is seven (7) hours ahead of the US east coast, so it is 10:02 PM there. Only two more hours until it becomes the 16th over in Ukraine.
Looks like none of us will have to wait very long to see how this goes. It seems to me the next 24 hours will be very dangerous for the whole world.
