My legit insider notified me that we will see a deflationary crisis soon.

As soon as the debt ceiling pass, the US govt cannot print $$ anymore to avoid hyperinflation. They will need to raise $1T by issuing bonds at a higher interest rate to pay the US government operation cost, military, security, etc. The US will be forced to increase taxes as partial to pay bondholders on every bond that has matured.

We can see the potential crypto and stock market downfall and unemployment growing due to a lack of demand for goods and services. The liquidity has dry in many areas. Banks will have no money to loan out for mortgages, US housing market will eventually collapse. Several banks are probably going bankrupt, FDIC won't have enough cash to pay everyone.

Nobody does not know the timeline, but it will be a short time before we see deflationary become a reality.

imo stocking up everything you can and having at least some physical cash. idk what else to say. I'm speechless right now.

DC crying about the debt ceiling. Solutions are unconstitutional or just stupid, ($1 Trillion coin). Treasury could get $500 billion today. Call the Fed, revalue its gold certificate from $42 to $2,000/oz (market), and deposit gain in Treasury account. Eisehnower did it in 1953.

When debt can no longer be serviced, it goes rancid and pops. Debt possessed as a cash-flow asset can disappear quickly, cascade-like in a highly leveraged financial system. This sort of contraction can provoke deflation, which functionally is similar to hyperinflation for some.

The internals are already showing a splintering into deflation though its harder to see with headline inflation in housing, energy and food (staples) though food prices are starting to fall

Commbank testing bank outages in prep for reset.
