While the researchers found that Paxlovid could help to reduce hospitalization rates among people older than 65 with COVID-19 by as much as 75% when given immediately after a SARS-CoV-2 infection is detected, everyone else simply saw no measurable benefit, according to the analysis of medical records.
That works out to roughly 84% of all Americans.
"For the vast majority of Americans who are now eligible, this really doesn’t have a lot of benefit," said Dr. David Boulware, a University of Minnesota researcher and physician.
A spokesman for Pfizer declined to comment on the results. The FDA claims to have made its decision to authorize Paxlovid in people as young as 12 based on a Pfizer study in high-risk patients who hadn’t been vaccinated or treated for prior COVID-19 infection. However, those results have not been published in a medical journal.
“Those people do exist but they’re relatively rare because most people now have either gotten vaccinated or they’ve gotten infected,” Boulware said.

Let's not forget that Fauci recommended "double masking" a year ago, as two physical barriers were more efficient than just one. :clown:
In fact, masks harmed billions of users. Viruses (if they exist in a way we are told) are so tiny that they could easily pass every barrier. So Fauci either didn't pay attention during the physics class, or he's been gaslighting the general public. I believe both.

Let's go back in time a bit further. On February 5th, 2020, Fauci replied to an email from Sylvia Burwell, stating that "the typical mask you buy in the drug store is not really effective in keeping out virus, which is small enough to pass through material. It might, however, provide some slight benefit in keep out gross droplets if someone coughs or sneezes on you."
It is a failure of the American state that Fauci is still at large. It was a harmless extra compared to this corrupt science clown.
