Or, in other words.. Celebrating the Native American Holocaust (Burnt Offering) to the UNKNOWN GOD.
Rev Cotton Mather called Prince Phillip’s War on Heathen Natives a “Barbecue”, thanking the God he called “Providence” for the plague of Smallpox; thus “Giving Thanks ” for the “Ill Gotten Gains” he referred to as “New Jerusalem”. Thank is derived from the Danish word “Takke”; Seen that word before? Recall it is Esau who was prophesied to live off the “Fatness of the Earth and Dew from Heaven” (Gen 27:39-41 KJV); translated “Priests living off Tithes”. It is God who builds “New Jerusalem” not Man (Rev 21:2). The word “Reverend” is a title used by Gnostic Nicolaitanes (Nico=Conquer; Laitane=Laity) who Conquer Jewish and Christian Laity from the pulpit by:

• Giving Sermons; the word Sermon is not in Scripture.
  
• Collecting Tithe; only Levite Priests were sanctioned by God to collect Tithes; Jesus does not accept Tithes.
  
• Elevating themselves as Clergy; this Puritan legacy is a doctrine Jesus “HATES! (Rev 2:6;15).
  
• Nicolaitanes place themselves as Intermediaries between Jesus Christ and Man as Priests, Rabbis, Masters (Mat 23:8-10), and Reverends (Ps 111:9); the New Covenant is between you and Jesus Christ in your “Prayer Closet”, not you and your Baalim (Worthless Priest) in a Cathedral or Church.
  
• Nicolaitanes provide Communion and Baptism; calling the Trans-substantiated body and blood of God into a cracker and grape juice; Seriously? Cleansing Sin with Water or Holy Water; Seriously?
  
• Rapture is the worst false doctrine. Rapture is not in Scripture, but a fake Rapture is planned in conjunction with events listed in Mat 24:7 Pestilence (Bird Flu/Ebola), Famine (Animal Slaughter after Thanksgiving), Earthquakes. 10 major Volcanoes are roaring to life along the Pacific “Rim of Fire” from Tierra del Fuego to Indonesia. Jesus said “Take heed that no man deceive you” Mat 24:4 I repeat, Rapture is a Nicolaitane False Doctrine!!
  

All these false doctrines, stem from Cathari “Pure Ones”; hence the name Puritan. An example today is Rev Billy Graham who stated last week “My heart weeps to see how far people in America have strayed from God”; Billy is a 33° Sovereign Worshipful Grand Master Freemason sworn to Lucifer. How much farther away from God can one get? Jesus is the only Priest anyone will ever need!
By 1703, Puritan settlers were given subsidies to purchase and train “Blood Hounds” for hunting Indians like Bears, and settlers children were using severed Indian Heads as Soccer Balls. Hounds corner Bears in Trees like the one Jesus was Crucified on and these were the same “Hounds from Hell” used by Conquistadors and Inquisition Priests 200 years earlier to “Spread Christianity” By the nid 1800′s Mormons were teaching Natives had dark skin because of the “Curse of Ham” and were filling the offices of Aaronic and Melchisedek Priests. There is no “Curse of Ham”; only Canaan was “Cursed” (Gen 9:25) there are...
