Well , I just went though the 5.4 earth quake here in Tustin California, southern Calf. and researcher must have felt it too. I ran out side , everything shook. Then there was a swaying feeling. All was done in under a minute. This was at about 910pm Friday nite, march 28 2014. So I have my go bags at the door and keys , and cash. The bags I have had since 2007 . Today I was glad they were there at my door. This was not as bad as the one on Easter Sunday I think 2010 which was No Mexico and at a 7.1. Seems like this was a good warning.

Didn't feel a thing here, Dr. Rita. My dogs didn't show any signs of anxiety either as they normally do if the earth shakes. I musta been in a null spot for this one. I did feel the big Easter shake a few years ago though and reported on it here as soon as the ground stopped moving.

Hi Jem, well lets see, in my bag are, my KJV bible, a map of my area, tarps with holes to make a lean-too and lay on, rope, emergency blanket and spleeping bag, a change of sturdy clothes, and underware, tooth brush , paste, tissue, can opener, whistle, mirror for signaling, tweezers, magnifying glass, sizzor , goggles , mask,6 triangle cloth for splints or covering my head, duct tape, money, battery charger, batteries, LED head lamp with straps, vitamins, tuna fish cans, zip lock bags several of various sizes, black garbage bags, lighters, water proof matches, pens, paper, clips for securing a tarp down to the ground , folding shovel, Iodine, Vit D , Life Straw to filter water, ace wraps, cook set , a plastic real looking gun, knife, suture set, flint striker for starting fires, cotten balls, and hard candy dumped in every where as packing. walky talkies, short wave radio, wrapped up against EMP, non- battery flash lights, tweezers, soap. There are identical in 2 back packs. So I have 2 of every thing. Water is the only issue , only enough for 3 days so I stay welll hydrated always, and can live on 8 oz a day so if I have 4- 16oz bottles in each bag, and if I were trapped in lets say a radioactive event, best to stay put for 7 days in the exact same spot, after 7 days the radioactive particles should be enough decreased to move after 7 days, that is why I have so many plastic bags in the back pack, so I can get rid of my waste and not live in my waste for 7 days, then I must move out to find other support.

THE SOLAR BARRAGE CONTINUES. More than 100 aftershocks have been reported since the 5.1 quake struck, including a shallow magnitude 2.5 earthquake Saturday that was reported at 7:48 a.m. and the 3.4 quake that hit at 9:02 a.m., both near La Habra, according to the U.S. Geological Survey. Solar and Quake Links @ http://www.bpearthwatch.com Strong solar flare detected! Sunspot 2017 located in the northwest quadrant produced an impulsive X1.0 solar flare peaking at 17:48UTC. The flare was responsible for a brief radio blackout which effected the HF radio spectrum on the sunlit side of Earth during the middle of the CQ Worldwide WPX radio contest. Signals did recover quickly. More information to follow regarding a possible coronal mass ejection (CME).
