Its like something out of the wild wild west really. He says 'many urban residents', but in reality its about all of them who live above the poverty level. I quit visiting a friend down there a few years ago because its too dangerous. Beautiful land, but gunfire off and on much of the night in the distance is a reality, as are 10' concrete walled compunds with razor wire surrounding a 'modest' home , some of the larger places actually have floodlights like a soccer field as part of their security measures. This is ultimately where Chicago, Detroit et all are headed without an intervention from Christ.
Basically you have the 1%ers, a few middle class holdouts and those working for the wealthy, and an angry mob narrowly kept at bay.
