89.6% Chance Yellowstone Eruption In 2014 Or 2015 According To USGS?

According to this newly released video report by Tom Lupshu, the USGS now is of the thought process that an eruption at the Yellowstone supervolcano is close, possibly even this year or next year. Tom uses figures directly from the USGS website in this video and shares that according to what he sees, the USGS is saying there is an 89.6% chance of a Yellowstone eruption either in 2014 or 2015. Is Tom correct in his math work shown here? The 2nd video below shows what a Yellowstone eruption may look like if/when it happens in this day and age.
