CR NEWS- SEP 1 2014- MEXICO- A gas explosion at the Mexican Customs building at the Border with Eagle Pass TX has left one woman dead and five injured. Mexican authorities say it was due to a gas leak. With the recent chatter of ISIS already opeerating south of the border in the same region, it is not unwise to suspect that this could be a terrorist act. For what reason, it is unknown. Alexander Backman reports on the presence of Russian and Radical Islamist groups already operating in Piedras Negras Coahuila and surrounding regions. Russians in uniform, speaking in Russian have been seen conducting checkpoints and road blocks on roads along the US-Mexico border.
