They had a group of other "unknown kids" (agents posing as kids) who were doing all of the throwing of rocks initially!! (Incite MOB mentality) Most of the High School kids were scared and they were ALL forced to WALK their way home!! THEN the COPS started approaching certain groups of kids and started CORRALING them up AT THE MALL!!! They would NOT let them leave the area!!!

They know that Howard County records show Freddie had SEVERAL spinal fusion operations from a PRIOR "CAR ACCIDENT" (key words used BY REPORTER JANE MILLER???). They know that the COPS who ran after and captured him caused further injury to his PRIOR injury!!!
THIS is why the LAWYER's are saying "WHY WERE THE COPS CHASING FREDDIE!!!".
THE QUESTION is "Was the COPS arrest JUSTIFIABLE? (Did they catch him selling on the streets at that time???) "Was REASONABLE force used??? (Officers did not know his spinal condition)
He was probably unconscious and his BODY was just thrashing about in the van because they DID NOT strap him in.
