Seldom ever visited and hard to find, Konko Wankane is a collection of stone carvings on the barren altiplano of Bolivia which dates from at least 2000 years ago, and may have given rise to the more famous Tiwanaku civilization.

Looks an awful lot like this one from Tell Brak in Syria:



Dates to c. 3000 BC.
The city was abandoned in c. 2000 BC.

The eye idols of Tell Brak have no parallels.
(Or maybe they do ).
