Federal District Court Classifies White Supremacist Group as a Religion Empty
PostSubject: Federal District Court Classifies White Supremacist Group as a Religion   Federal District Court Classifies White Supremacist Group as a Religion I_icon_minitimeThu Nov 12, 2015 5:13 pm

I recently wrote an article which was published on Michael Wilson's "Preaching Politics" site.  The issue troubled me so much that I wrote this, because of the lack of coverage in the media - even the alternative media, and I think it's an important step in where the culture is going in regard to Christians. Federal District Court Classifies White Supremacist Group as a Religion

BTW, his youtube channel is good also, and he could use more subscribers. Despite low numbers, his passion and faith remain strong.  Preaching Politics

On September 30, 2015 a decision was made by the Federal District Court in Colorado that has profound implications for Christians under the Obama administration. It has been obvious for a long time that his transformation of America includes making Christians into enemies of the state, and this decision appears to bolster that goal by linking religion with a violent, secular organization that merely calls itself a church. Yet it barely was reported in the media; only one news source mentioned it at all, and they failed to notice the apparent consequences for people of faith.[1] The decision concerned religious rights, and what truly constitutes a religion. Hale v. Federal Bureau of Prisons goes against all prior rulings and seems to have been decided for political, rather than legal reasons, something not unusual in this era of transformation under Obama. But it ignores all legal precedents, even decisions where this same group previously had sought recognition as a religion.

How did this decision suddenly turn legal reality on its head and link Christians with violent extremism? In the case brought by Matthew Hale, leader of the neo-Nazi, white supremacist, “Creativity Movement” the Court ruled that the group qualifies as a religion for purposes of the First Amendment and the Religious Freedom Restoration Act. A similar case had been brought on behalf of the group in California in 2009, in which it was ruled that the group did not meet the criteria to qualify because it’s merely, “a pragmatic philosophy that Creators must act to ensure the survival and promote the dominance of certain members of society." In a detailed examination of the Creativity Movement’s beliefs, it further noted that, “their sole purpose is to support what the Court already has found to be a secular belief system.”[2]

Matthew-HaleHale is serving a 40 year sentence in Colorado for soliciting the murder of a federal judge in Chicago. A law school graduate, he filed the motions and argued the case himself, claiming he is “Pontifex Maximus” or greatest priest of the former Church of the Creator, and that his religious rights have been violated through a mail ban and the prison diet. In its opinion, the Court acknowledged that, “the Complaint does not identify any metaphysical components of Creativity, and it characterizes Creativity as having a single secular goal – the “achievement of white racial immortality.” Nevertheless it ruled that the Creativity Movement is religious in nature.[3]

The group believes that “that the white race is ‘nature's highest creation’” and that "white people are the creators of all worthwhile culture and civilization." They have no belief in God or eternal life. They consider all non-whites and Jews to be “mud races” who are natural enemies to whites. The group is notorious for its violent activities in the 1990’s and is known as a skinhead subculture, stating that their race is their religion.[4]

This doesn’t fit the historic definition of a religion, which according to prior court rulings must satisfy three criteria: first that it address “fundamental and ultimate questions having to do with deep and imponderable matters;” next, that it is comprehensive and addresses a belief system, not an isolated teaching; and finally, that it is recognized by “the presence of certain formal and external signs.” This neo-Nazi group does not meet those criteria, as the Northern California District Court ruled in 2009.[5]

So what’s going on? Why would a Federal Court suddenly declare a neo-Nazi movement to be a religion? Coincidentally, two weeks after this decision, an announcement was made that a new Obama “Czar” would be appointed, the Domestic Terrorism Counsel, to hunt “right-wing extremists.” Assistant Attorney General John Carlin stated that the new position was created because of the “number of violent attacks or plots against the U.S.” which were motivated by “anti-government views, racism, bigotry and anarchy, and other despicable beliefs.” [Emphasis added] The Hale decision appears to be a deliberate move to link violent extremist groups with people of faith, specifically Christians.

Dave Hodges of “The Common Sense Show” in his article, The Beginning of the Final Solution to America, noted that, “This is the Beginning of the creation of an “Enemies of the State” list. It is analogous to what Steve Quayle has long referred to as the “Red List/Blue List.“ He continued, “If traditional, Bible-believing Christians oppose gay marriage, they are members of a hate group cult. No matter how offensive these Christian world views may appear to some, it is the Constitutional right of these conservative groups to hold and express these beliefs. Yet, these beliefs are being criminalized and the holders of these beliefs are being set up for persecution. The Constitution is dead, long live the Constitution! The world has turned upside down.”[6]

Justice Department officials have indicated that they view “right-wing” (read, conservative) extremists as more dangerous than jihadists, and reference a study by the New America Foundation, funded by liberal elitist George Soros. That study found only seven instances of Islamic terror, while classifying mentally-ill Dylan Roof of Charleston among the right-wing threats, and numerous police officer shootings by suspected “anti-government’ perpetrators as indicative of conservative extremism. Notably it left out the Washington snipers John Muhammed and Lee Malvo, as well as the attack in Tennessee on the recruiting station which left five servicemen dead, while stating that deaths from right-wing attacks outnumbered deaths from radical Islamist attacks by two to one.

Tom-Fitton-Judicial-WatchJudicial Watch President Tom Fitton said that this new position of czar is nothing more than the continuation of administration policy that targets conservatives, as both Homeland Security and FBI memos have demonstrated through the years. With the Hale decision, I also would add conservative Christians to that list because, according to Glenn Beck, in 2013 DHS trained Colorado police to regard anyone religious, with a literal belief in the Bible with “intense skepticism.” Odd that the Hale decision originates in Colorado, isn’t it? Maybe not. Trooper Joe Kluczynski taught the part of that DHS course dealing with sovereign citizens. (Take note of that term, “sovereign citizens” because you’ll be hearing it more and more frequently.) He began by giving a list of those who were defined as such by citing, “those who believe America was founded on godly principles, Christians who take the Bible literally, and ’fundamentalists.’ Kluczynski did not explain what he meant by ‘fundamentalists’ but from the context it was clear he was referring again to those who took the Bible literally or ‘too seriously.’”[7]

Referring to the new czar, constitutional attorney John Whitehead said, “I see the fingerprints here of the SPLC [Southern Poverty Law Center]…If you don’t like gay marriage you go on their hate list. Are supporters of traditional marriage going to be on this (new czar’s) list of suspects? We have an epidemic of cop killing across the country. Murder is up. Drug crimes are up. We have a president who has abused his powers, and what is the Justice Department doing? Looking for new ways of going after opponents of the president.”[8]

It appears that this court decision listing a violent neo-Nazi group as religious fits right in with previous attempts to label Christians (or anyone of faith except Muslims) as dangerous, and as threats to Obama’s new society. But are they really? Or are they merely a threat to the ideology of the President and those liberals who would remake American society into one hostile to Judeo/Christian values?

The accusers are the ones who are racist. It’s so obvious. They abhor Christians, the white race, and conservatives (freedom). Now i certainly don’t advocate attacks on people of a different race or religion, but if a group of people wish to preserve their race (whatever it is) they certainly should be allowed to do that. i recently read that the leader of an African nation (sorry i don’t remember which one) would not allow massive immigration of white people into his country because it would destroy their culture. i understand his point-of-view and more power to him.

The Soros crowd and SPLC are working from the narcissist playbook. They accuse others of what they themselves are doing. If they don’t have anything on their target, they’ll just make something up and spread it around, all the while telling everyone what upright people they themselves are. Sorry to say, there’s no cure for that.

As for “sovereign citizens”, that's a joke. It’s an oxymoron. If you’re a citizen, you are not sovereign. End of story. What i do see in this article though is their dislike of the religious clause, “Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; ...” That means ever. That's what they have a problem with, so they're trying to dirty it up.

They’ve got the 501c3 churches under their thumb but some people are beginning to wake up to this. People are also becoming disillusioned with the statutes, ad nauseum that go against their conscience. They are returning to the laws of God and making Him their Sovereign. In other words, they’re coming out of Babylon. Congress has no law against that.

And the LORD thy God will make thee plenteous in every work of thine hand, in the fruit of thy body, and in the fruit of thy cattle, and in the fruit of thy land, for good: for the LORD will again rejoice over thee for good, as he rejoiced over thy fathers: If thou shalt hearken unto the voice of the LORD thy God, to keep his commandments and his statutes which are written in this book of the law, and if thou turn unto the LORD thy God with all thine heart, and with all thy soul. Deuteronomy 30:9-10

It's called trading in one law for another. The Amish are good at that.
