In other words, the authorization allows the president to deploy the military anywhere at his discretion – both foreign and domestic – for as long as he wants. Several senators, including Senate Majority Whip John Cornyn, were surprised by McDonnell’s decision to fast-track the bill after a year of deep in-fighting over similar measures in the Senate. “He did?” he asked the National Journal on Thursday morning when reporters informed him about the bill. Even some Senate Democrats have an issue with a new authorization without geographical restrictions placed on the president. “I’m for the Congress voting on an AUMF; of course it depends what the AUMF looks like,” Sen. Robert Menendez said Thursday. “I don’t want a blank check.” It’s also interesting to note McConnell is trying to push through the bill on a Friday as an unprecedented blizzard slams the northeast U.S., including Washington, D.C.

Earlier this week, Senator Mitch McConnell fast tracked a bill written by Senator Lindsey Graham, which would give Obama the Authority to officially deploy our military against ISIS and then some.

They encourage Muslims in every country to conduct terror attacks in their name, even if they’ve never met that person. ISIS isn’t just a group of zealots in Syria and Iraq; they are a banner which people can rally around, which means that ISIS can technically be anywhere. In other words, this AUMF wouldn’t just give Obama permission strike ISIS anywhere in the world. It gives him the ability to deploy our military anywhere in the world, foreign or domestic, for an undetermined period of time, at the mere suggestion that ISIS is there. And it won’t be hard for them to prove ISIS is there, since anyone can wave their flag and carry out attacks in their name. By now this should all sound very familiar to you. 9/11 invoked the same response from our government. They declared a War on Terrorism, which is nothing more than a tactic that anyone could use, thus allowing our government to take its war machine into any country on the planet. But after the Bush administration fell out of favor with the American public, so too did the War on Terror. The war never stopped of course, but the term has lost its emotional charge, and isn’t used very often anymore. This bill aims to bring back the same sentiment with different words. I posted a link on November 15 to Janet Phalen’s article describing the outrageous attempt to mandate vaccinations for any veteran who wishes to receive medical services from the Veterans Administration. I had expected this story to be front page news on alternative news web sites, but so far, I see relatively little reaction from the public, veterans especially, to bring pressure on congressmen to kill this bill in the House (hopefullywhile there is still time before the sellouts in the House rubber stamp it and send it to the Indonesian Usurper -which might occur in a matter of weeks). This bill is a blatant violation of a verteran’s right to decide (informed consent), and violates more than one provision of the 10 point Nuremberg code – which specifically prohibitsany form of coersion or mandatory imposition for any type of medical treatment, including vaccinations, without the willing consent and voluntary desire of the patient.
I carefully read the S.1203 bill and the existing law that is to be amended, and after analyzing the proposed changes to the wording of the existing statute, this bill, if it becomes law, apparently will require that veterans be vaccinated with ALL of the CDC recommended vaccinations for adults in order to be eligible to receive ANY medical treatment or benefits from the Veteran’s Administration.
Contrary to one article I read at metabunk.org, purporting to debunk the mandatory vaccination requirement, S.1203 does indeed impose a mandatory vaccination requirement in order to receive Veterans’ medical benefits. I will elaborate on the details below to support my conclusion. Of course, the bill is deceptively worded in order to avoid raising alarm bells, but that’s SOP for the treasonous sellouts who currently make up the majority in congress.
While the bill itself doesn’t employ the word “mandatory” in referring to vaccinations, the meaning of the newly proposed wording changes found in S 1203 is unambiguous: it mandates a full schedule of ‘recomended’ vaccinations as a requirement to receive medical services.

S. 1203, sponsored by SS (Senate Sellout) Republican Dean Heller of Nevada (elected 2011), passed the Senate by a voice vote on November 10, 2015 (“The bill was passed in a vote in the Senate. It goes to the House next. The vote was by Unanimous Consent so no record of individual votes was made“). Therefore, since it was an “unanimous consent” vote, then all US senators present at the time the vote was taken had voted in its favor, and not even one senator opposed it. Heller is a member of the Senate Committee on Veterans’ Affairs.

Analysis of S. 1203
There are many different subsections of Title 38 that this bill proposes to amend, but we are only concerned here with reviewing the provisions of “Sec. 101. Improved access to appropriate immunizations for veterans.“
In order to clearly understand the changes in Title 38 that S.1203 will bring about, I’ve divided this analysis into three areas of review:
A) First, we will note the changes that S. 1203 wants to introduce into the current wording of the two relevant subsections of Title 38.
B) Second, we will examine the existing wording of the relevant Title 38 subsections (Sec. 1701 and Sec. 1704) to know what’s already there and to better understand what S1203 wants to change. And thirdly,
C) I’ve inserted the new wording and additions proposed by S 1203 into the existing wording of Sec. 1701 and Sec. 1704, so you can read the entire text of the amended statute of Sec. 101 as it would appear if this bill were to become law.
A) Changes to Title 38 proposed by S. 1203
I’ve copied and pasted in further below the entire text of the S. 1203 proposed changes listed under Sec. 101. However, for purposes of clarity and analysis in this introductory overview, I will only include those portions of S. 1203 which pertain specifically to immunization and snip out the parts devoted to other areas to reduce clutter.
There are two subsections of USC Title 38 which S. 1203 proposes to change under the heading of “Sec. 101Improved access to appropriate immunizations for veterans.“:
1) Section 1701(9)(F): The current, existing Section 1701 is devoted exclusively to listing the Definition of words used in USC Title 38, Part II (General Benefits), Chapter 17, Subchapter I.S.1203 proposes amending the wording of subheading (9), letter (F), and adds a new subheading of “(10)“, which now inserts a new term, the ‘recommended adult immunization schedule’which it defines as “the schedule established (and periodically reviewed and, as appropriate, revised) by the Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices.” The creation of this new term under subheading “(10)” is an important element in establishing the vaccination mandate within S. 1203.
2) Section 1704(1)(A): The current, existing Sec. 1704 of Title 38 essentially describes the contents of an annual report that has to be submitted to congress before October 31 of each year. S. 1203, however, changes and embellishes the wording of subheading (1) from a single sentence description of the programs and activities offered to a much broader description of what the annual report would now reflect, including the “implementation” of “targets for compliance” in order “to ensurethat veterans receiving medical services …receive each immunization on the recommended adult immunization schedule.”
This proposed wording insertion lays out the vaccination mandate most clearly by linking implementation, compliance, and assurance (“ensure”) that veterans receiving medical services [also] receive “each immunization on the recommended adult immunization schedule.”
The vaccination mandate deceptively obscured within S. 1203 is more clearly revealed by reading the existing wording found in Sec. 1701 and Sec. 1704 of Title 38 and then compare it to theproposed wording changes found in S. 1203 in the Summary Overview seen below .

I’ve highlighted in bold print and italics the essential elements of the sentence seen above. Removing the extraneous portions of the sentence allows the reader to grasp more clearly the full meaning and implication of the amended changes included in S. 1203. This is what it says:

“the Secretary of Veterans Affairs shall submit …a report on the development and implementation by the Department of Veterans Affairs of quality measures and metrics, including targets for compliance, to ensure that veterans receiving medical services under chapter 17 of title 38, United States Code, receive each immunization on the recommended adult immunization schedule at the time such immunization is indicated on that schedule.”
There’s the mandatory immunization requirement in unambiguous English.
The ‘report’ is about the “development and implementation“,…including targets for compliance, to ensure that veterans receiving medical services under chapter 17 of title 38, United States Code,receive each immunization on the recommended adult immunization schedule.
There’s no other way to interpret these words. A requirement is being established here which mandates immunization of the full recommended adult immunization schedule designated by the Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices for any veteran who receives medical services or treatment from the Veterans Administration. This is an outrageous and unconscionable violation of the veteran’s right to decide for himself whether he wants to be vaccinated or not, and a gross violation of multiple principles itemized in the Nuremberg Code which is incorporated as official policy of the US Department of Health and Human Services.
I can only hope that enough veterans wake up to the underhanded subterfuge being employed in this bill to sneak this eugenics travesty under the radar and quietly rubber stamp this abomination into law. People need to contact their congressional representative and send a loud and clear message that S. 1203 is pure Nazism and needs to be killed before it even gets out of committee.
Senator Heller and his crew of co-sponsors needs to be Recalled from office (it only takes 25% of registered voters in Nevada to get the ball rolling) toute suite and given a loud Bronx’s Cheer whenever he appears in public. This guy is the pits and needs to hear from veterans and the public alike.

I have been the beneficiary of four reports of various lengths and detail regarding the Chinese hacking all records related to 21 million veterans in the Veterans Administration. An insider source states that the DoD knows that the attacks are definitely of Chinese military origin. The stunning detail which captured my attention has to do with the fact that the INDIVIDUAL RECORDS OF OVER 21 MILLION VETERANS HAVE BEEN ACCESSED. I have good friends who are sitting on this information until some news aggregate source or reporter is willing to come forward. I received the first report almost 72 hours ago. I have decided to go forward with what I know.
The Original Report
Less than 72 hours ago, I was contacted by Paul Martin of Revolution Radio. Paul reported the hacking of the VA and said the Chinese were behind it. Within 30 minutes of Paul’s report, I was contacted by a colleague of Paul’s who had an identical story with the same message, same details and naming the Chinese military as the culprit. I am withholding the name of the second source, a person who I do know, because he has requested anonymity so he can maintain the open source of information. The source is a government employee with access to national security information. At this point, I knew had a trail of smoke, however, I did not feel that there was enough data to come forward with this. I set about going from source to source and largely came up empty. On Saturday morning I hit pay dirt. My best contact had an inside source contact me who had a great deal of this picture. The deep cover source stated that the Chinese military was behind the data hack of individual veterans records. The source also stated that the operating hypothesis was that the Chinese military wanted to know who to target first in a martial law takeover which had gun confiscation as a primary goal. Of course any invading force would seek to disarm veterans because they could form the backbone for any meaningful resistance effort. The source also stated that rogue elements of the DHS were believed to have provided the Chinese military with the back door necessary to access these records. The use of DHS as the treasonous conduit makes so much sense. Doesn’t this remind you of the story related to the Bolshevik Revolution who ordered the soldiers of the former regime to turn in their guns and they would be left alone? Then as Russian veterans turned in their guns, they were executed. Who are the massive amounts of DHS acquired bullets for? Who will ever forget when it was revealed that the DHS had acquired 2.2 billion rounds of ammunition. Who were they preparing to fight? They certainly were not going to Afghanistan. And when one considered the DHS inspired MIAC Report, it was crystal clear that the new enemies of the state were now domestic instead of Middle Eastern (e.g. Ron Paul supporters, Libertarians, Second Amendment supporters, Constitutionalists, etc).
Irrefutable Proof: Chinese Are Here On American Soil
In 2013, I revealed that our potential military enemy, the Chinese, were invited to the 2013 Grid Ex Drills to participate in a drill which simulated an EMP take down of the American power grid. This treasonous action, orchestrated by Obama, gave the Chinese unbridled access to the knowledge of the American grid to such a degree, that they could carry out such an attack with a reasonable expectation of success. However, the presence of Chinese troops, with Obama’s approval at a highly secure national security event, is not the main story. The main story is that the Obama administration is allowing Chinese troops on American soil. During the BLM/Bundy ranch affair back in 2014, it was clearly established through BLM documents and statements made by Nevada Senator, Harry Reid (NV-R) was complicit in the establishment of solar energy zones in which a Chinese front company was given US approval to run solar energy zones on American soil and the BLM lands were the main conduits for this activity. But wait, there’s more! Everyone of the Solar Energy Zones were near a major transportation corridor and a nearby military base (e.g. Nellis and Luke AFB). This was a very telling event, because if the American military ever needed to be subjugated, in preparation for foreign troop controlled martial law and gun confiscation, this was a brilliant plan. And now, with the Alex Jones revelation of a global martial law force, under the command of NATO, some of the BLM confrontations make more sense when we apply the lens of history and connect some known dots. Prior to the Bundy Affair, I wrote these words in 2013, the year before the BLM standoff:

As if this is not enough, please consider the following with regard to the intentions of the United Nations to seize American guns with extreme prejudice.

Red Dawn Chinese paratroopers? We know now that the international global martial law force is headed up by NATO. However, the hired guns will be Chinese. Do remember when the remake of the movie Red Dawn was in the works and the D0D had a fit because the invading military force was Chinese? The movie producers acquiesced and changed the invading force to North Korean. I think the recent set of events put this move rewrite into perspective. If one wants to read how the Chinese military has been embedded, with Obama administration complicity, please read the article I wrote on April 13, 2014. In this article, I predicted what is happening today, simply because it was already in federal government documents.
Conclusion
It very likely that within the week, more revelations will begin to surface regarding the data breach of the veterans. It is important to remember that the VA stores data on gun ownership for individual veterans as the VA routinely sends out “surrender your guns letter” because you (the veteran) suffers from mental illness, usually PTSD. It is also clear after reading this article, that the Chinese expect that the majority of veterans will be disarmed prior to their martial law occupation forces are brought into play. My advice to the veterans, you have all “lost” your guns and are not able to turn them in.
