Anyone have more information or links on this ice agent suicide?

I've spent some time trying to sniff this out and so far zip, nada, nothing, and zero - EXCEPT - the same cut & paste story on the usual conspiracy and/or alternative news sites. One would think something of this magnitude (even without the said 'suicide note') would at least rate a mention someplace such as The New York Times and/or other New York main-slime news outlets.

This has all the markings of just another e-hoax, or i-hoax, or whatever! I'm not omniscient - I could be wrong - but . . .
