In order to be pardoned one must first be indicted, tried and convicted. A pardon beforehand would require HRC to either accept the pardon, hence, admit an admission to crime(s), or reject the pardon leaving her free to try and lie her way out of any indictments and/or convictions in the future.
Now y'all, get your brain cells talking to each other here. Will HRC ever admit to any wrong doing? Has she ever?
