DARPA is further mainstreaming mind control by bringing about ‘upload learning.’
The ‘mad scientist’ group behind the program, Targeted Neuroplasticity Training (TNT), is attempting to alter the way a participant’s neurons connect with one another.
According to Future; “The TNT program aims to explore various safe neurostimulation methods for activating synaptic plasticity, which is the brain’s ability to alter the connecting points between neurons — a requirement for learning. “
DARPA plans to make the mind and nervous system subject to a ‘workout regimen’ which would include subjecting oneself to mind control of sorts.
When the government can train an individual’s brain, there is potential for corruption, as history has proven time and time again. No government should ever be involved in the process of anyone’s thought making, but that is what the US Military Industrial Complex is attempting to do.

The further programs like this go, the further humanity enters into the ‘singularity’ range. As Ray Kurzweil, the current director of engineering at Google has said, machine intelligence will match that of humans by 2029, and by roughly 2045 man and machine will merge, entirely.
