The problem is based on past rulings for similar situations that went to court I don't think they will be able to arrest her. Even if they can't, though, the Secret Service needs to spend an hour or so giving her some intense questioning and grilling to get the point across that this shouldn't be done again!

From what I understand CNN is still in conversation about what to do about Griffin's employment status. How is that even still a consideration? If you want to be considered a legitimate news organization you should fire any employee that does something like this right after it happens.

I read CNN has fired her-she will not be doing the ball drop with Cooper either.
He came out immediately against the picture.

That still does nothing for CNN's lack of legitimacy.  And you may be aware that the

I have a better idea. Lock her in stocks, invite folks to bring their out of date fruits, veggies, eggs, bombs away.

She could tour the country, town square, noon, be there, and what a show it would be. And yes, I do have a cruel streak in me.

She's getting what she wanted....attention. She just didn't realize she would have shows cancelled and be fired from CNN. The best thing that could happen to her now, in my opinion, is for everyone to quit talking about her and giving her the attention she wanted from this stunt.
