Mike, I have been thinking about the " shoulder roasts" way back since we first talked of this to each other (about the mayhem that will soon be.) . I think bovine on this farm and crops elsewhere will likely be confiscated or seized . When food supplies get, low people will do anything.. I look at Argentina.
