Is it just me, or has anyone else out there felt that this last election cycle has been like watching the very fabric of our country and its culture come apart out the seams? Driven largely by hysteria among the Democratic party and its adherents?

Meaning mostly Hollywood and the Mainstream Media? We shouldn’t be surprised.

My Bible told me so.

Newscasters on election night weeping at Hillary’s demise instead of just reporting results. Weeks of violent protests (actually they started before the results even came in), seemingly supported (dare I say egged on?) by the Mainstream Media.

Pro-abortion feminists marching in Vagina hats. (The point of that still escapes me.)

Colleges setting up safe spots on campus where conservative views can’t intrude.

Campuses even prohibiting conservative speakers. Both Middleburry College in Vermont and Berkely in California saw full-scale riots when conservative speakers were invited to address students. And students in Middlebury actually put the faculty member that hosted that speaker in the hospital.

The Loony Libs are out of control.

To be honest, I figured that eventually the left would finally get over the fact that they lost the election fair and square and move on.

Silly me.

The proletariat kind of moved on out of necessity—rioting, after all, doesn’t put food on the table—but the jet set stood ready to pick up the their banner.

Matt Damon called the new president "xenophobic," "dehumanizing" and "disgusting".

Macy Gray, Roseanne Barr and Director Michael Moore actually put together a movement to get rid of Trump, called "Stop Hate; Dump Trump".

(A legislative method to remove him from the Presidency was never really devised, so he remains.)

Michael Moore also opined that Trump committed crimes against humanity by removing the US from the Paris accords.

But hey—as much as the Looniy left hates it, we are a nation where free speech is written into our constitution. So they can say anything they want. They can be as clueless as they want to be. We won’t stop them.

The thing is, lately they haven’t stopped there.

Kathy “My Life on the D-List” Griffin released a recent photo of herself holding what appeared to be the bloody decapitated head of our Commander-in-Chief. Some said the head was reminiscent of Islamic State propaganda. I think most of us saw that.

I know his son Baron did.

Madonna confessed to homicidal thoughts involving blowing up the White House.

A hot mike on set recorded a rant by Robert De Niro in which he described Trump as a punk, a dog, a pig, a con, a tax evader, an idiot and a bull*** artist. And an embarrassment to the country.

Sarah Silverman put out a twitter plea for the Pentagon to come to Hollywood’s aid and help them overthrow the Trump presidency.

A presentation of Julius Caesar, in Shakespeare in the Park included a stabbing of a “Caesar” that looked suspiciously like Trump.

David Simon, a screenplay writer and author, actually tweeted, “If Donald Trump fires Robert Mueller …pick up a brick.” "Then all that’s left to you,”

Mickey Rourke threatened to beat Trump with a baseball bat. And both he and De Niro both invited President Donald Trump to perform homosexual sex acts on them.

My bet is that this POTUS Trump will pass.

But it should be no shock to any of us that Scalise, the sitting house Minority Whip is currently laying in a hospital bed recovering from injuries inflicted by somebody that actually watches and gives credence to the liberal Hollywood and news media crowd.

The group largely responsible for the actions of the deluded human being that shot Scalise and three others.

While they were doing nothing but minding their own business on a baseball field.
(The set –possibly-- prompted by the fact that Actress Lea DeLaria (who appears in Orange is the New Black) threatened to ‘take out’ all Republicans and Independents.

And with a specific weapon?. Specifically, A Baseball Bat.)

Who knows.

The Dems tried to present a party face of reality and reason, but that’s not something they can really maintain for long. And sure enough, today (Monday, June 19), their democratic delusion has reached a new low.

They are actually suggesting that Scalise’s politics earned his punishment.

On Saturday, MSN’s host, Joy Reid, said that Scalise’s record on race should not be ignored just because he had been shot for those opinions. Then she asked, “Are we required in a moral sense to put that aside in the moment?”

Maybe, Joy, you should, just for the moment, try to put aside your own delusion that opinions different than yours are automatically wrong.

Reid also pointed out that the person that shot Scalise was a white man, and that the female officer that shot the assailant was a gay lesbian women.

I’m pretty sure that Scalise was absolutely fine with whatever color or sexual flavor that showed up to help. And we all know what would have commenced if it had been a conservative that had chosen to focus on the respective racial make-up of the participants.

Reid’s nonsense was followed quickly by a contribution by CBS; their Scott Pelley suggesting that the shooting of the Republican was “self- inflicted”.

Which is really suggesting that Scalise’s views were somehow universally unacceptable and that any holder of those conservative values is obviously a racist, sexist, homophobic idiot who can be considered fair game. Is it not?

We’re deplorables, and it’s self-evident (to liberals, anyway, that we are therefore mentally and morally defective and our views don’t count).

I’ve had conversations with friends about the inexplicable hatred the Left has toward us “deplorables”. The absolutely certainty they always have, that they are in the right, and the fervor with which they pursue their political goals. Our consensus was a shared delusion had to be demonic.

We were wrong, actually.

It’s God.

God knows these people, and He described them for us in advance. And it is Him that --, all appeals to their spirits spurned-- gives them up to their chosen fate:

Quote :: Thus says the Lord: “Heaven is My throne, And earth is My footstool. Where is the house that you will build Me? And where is the place of My rest? For all those things My hand has made, And all those things exist,” Says the Lord. Isaiah 66:1-2 NKJV

Translation: I have made myself known to you by what you see that has been created. I am God.

Seek me.

Then He gives them the terms of the relationship:

Not demonic, altogether human, without the saving grace of the Lord.

And there but for His Grace go you and I.

Our mission; stop worrying. God’s got it. Pray for Trump. And keep praying for those still to be implored.

And remember! God’s in control!
