Look out San Francisco, Los Angeles, San Diego, Sacramento . . . and that’s just in the coo-coo, boo-ho state of Kaliphonia! Look out all you weepy-whiners in Seattle, Austin, Chicago, New York . . . they're comin' to get you.  This is one of the very rare times I actually support something that the feds are doing.
