The biggest problems I see with both uploading a mind and cryogenics is "And as it is appointed unto men once to die, but after this the judgment:" (Hebrews 9:27).
If someone has their mind uploaded (it wouldn't surprise me if that is possible in the future) that does not mean what is left is "them". It will only be their mind, not their spirit and soul. They will still be dead, even though their memories and way of reasoning may still be here.
The people that have chosen to be cryogenically frozen are dead, and the judgement is left for them as we see in Hebrews. Let's say their bodies are reanimated in the future. With what spirit are they animated? Who is it really in the body, even if it is mimicking them? Will God allow the true them to be brought back into their body in contradiction to His word?
In reality, the "transhumanists" are repeating the oldest lie we know..."And the serpent said unto the woman,'Ye shall not surely die:'"
