18 People Sitting in Waist-High Water Rescued from Flooded Assisted Living Facility

I'm glad these people were rescued, but why did someone not take them out before this happened? Family, authorities, the facility...someone? Everyone connected to these people should be ashamed!

Also, it is odd how Houston and the immediate, surrounding area got so much rain. Then, as of last night, my brother, about 8o miles north of Houston, only got 3 inches...even as big as the hurricane was. Of course I'm glad that is all he has had to deal with, but I just find it odd and amazing how it all works.
