North Korea is 12.5 hours AHEAD of the US east coast time zone. Early Saturday morning in North Korea, the official state-run news agency KCNA announced
"North Korea's preparations for war with the United States are complete." Moments later,
the United States SCRAMBLED four "Doomsday" aircraft to provide survivable command centers for the President and Vice-President, and global communications for Strategic Command (STRATCOM) to run the U.S. Military worldwide.
Right now, there are two Boeing E-4B "Nightwatch" aircraft and two more Boeing E-6 "Looking Glass" aircraft airborne. The E-4B are National Command Authority (Pres./V. Pres) and the two E-6 Are STRATCOM Global Nuclear Command Communications aircraft. These are the "DOOMSDAY" planes through which the United States would run our worldwide military operations if nuclear attack was imminent.

About the E-4
The
Boeing E-4 Advanced Airborne Command Post, with the project name "Nightwatch", is a strategic command and control military aircraft operated by the United States Air Force (USAF).
The E-4 series was specially modified from the Boeing 747-200B for the
National Emergency Airborne Command Post (
NEACP) program.
The E-4 serves as a survivable mobile command post for the National Command Authority, namely the President of the United States, the Secretary of Defense, and successors. About the E-6

Boeing E-6 Mercury (formerly
E-6 Hermes) is an airborne command post and communications relay based on the Boeing 707-320. The original E-6A manufactured by Boeing's defense division entered service with the United States Navy in July 1989, replacing the EC-130Q. It conveyed instructions from the National Command Authority to fleet ballistic missile submarines (see communication with submarines), a mission known as TACAMO(
TAke
Charge

Move
Out).
The E-6B model deployed in October 1998 kept this role, but added further command post capabilities and the ability to remotely control Minuteman ICBMs using the Airborne Launch Control System.
The E-6B replaced Air Force EC-135Cs in the "Looking Glass" role, providing command and control of U.S. nuclear forces should ground-based control become inoperable.With production lasting until 1991, the E-6 was the final new derivative of the Boeing 707 to be built.

[/ltr]North Korea has decided to stand against any further moves by the US after the latter sent the USS Carl Vinson aircraft carrier with its battle group, to the waters off the Korean peninsula.
The issue seems to be ratcheting-up up the heat between the two nations.
A Warning
North Korea stated that the consequences will be catastrophic if further provoked by the US following their step of sending the navy battle group.
The group also met Donald Trump who said to solve the problem of North Korea if China did not help put pressure on its neighbor to halt its missile and nuclear weapons programs.
Increasing Tensions
The decision to send the aircraft carrier and other battleships to the Korean peninsula came after tensions increased over ongoing military drills involving American and South Korean forces, which Pyongyang terms as a dress rehearsal for an invasion.
A state-run Korean Central News Agency quoted,
“We will hold the US wholly accountable for the catastrophic consequences to be entailed by its outrageous actions.” Tweet From Trump
Donald Trump took to Twitter to communicate his latest warning aimed at the Pyongyang.
Most of the US national security establishment accepted that any preventative strike aimed at North Korean nuclear facilities could trigger devastating reprisals against South Korea, Seoul in particular, and US bases in the region. US strike against a Syrian base was also being seen as a warning to North Korea.
UN Resolutions Not Followed
Reports claim that the grave situation occurred after North Korea refused to obey UN resolutions banning it from developing ballistic missile technology after the Korean nation did another test-launch during Trump’s summit with Xi Jinping in Florida last week.
Reports from Chinese Authorities
The Chinese Foreign officials have ruled down the claims that Beijing has deployed 150,000 troops to its border with North Korea. Hua Chunying told reporters that she was unaware of any mobilization by the People’s Liberation Army along the 880-mile border and claimed such reports to be false.
She also mentioned that China was closely following developments on the Korean peninsula.
