The last Q post above referencing SR is of course Seth Rich.  [i hate brain freezes that come after hours and hours of reading]
And Q is speaking of DNC breach/dossier.

When all the docs are finally released to Congress [and they are ordered to be in UNredacted form]
will they show Seth Rich as the leaker?  Could they possibly indicate the 'kill' order? Or is that too much to hope for.
