William Binney came out as a whistle blower some time ago, but went underground.  He surfaced again maybe in the last 3 weeks.

He said 'spying' on Americans works by the 2 step rule put in place by Obama (who else).
So, if they tag Carter Page, for instance, as a person of interest, then anyone who Page talks to is subject to surveillance.

The 2 step then says that any of those surveilled people also become a valued target and whoever
THEY talk to is also subject to surveillance.  A very wide net indeed.

He did say there is a group of about 100 in the intel agencies working as whistleblowers to help Trump.
