Make America Great for a While Again!

Yeah!
My topic is Mine!
I sold a car today that we bought from my daughter to help them through a rough patch.
We had loaned to a granddaughter to go to college... and she got a good job and returned the car.

So today we put it up for sale for $500 due to body damage, this being near a four lane road and got 12 people in a bidding war...15 minutes worth and got 900 for it.

Then I put some American to work by buying a rebuilt engine for the old truck.

Went to the local Orchard Supply Hardware (owned by Lowe's) Find Out the Orchard Supply Stores are being closed by Lowe's cause they are not doing well. 
53 locals are loosing their jobs... a lot for a small town and a store that many use a few times a week  including me/us.

Lowe's is closing 100 stores nation wide... talking with the cashier about my age I just find myself tearing up, it is just so hard to watch as I think maybe our Lowe's will not make it either as this is a small town and you know how numbers work right.
Orchard having 10% off and 10% each week for 10 weeks when the store Will Close .. I bought some work shorts and tools made in USA! 
It doesn't make much of a dent any more... there are many more stores closing this year in recent reports...
I am just sad at every turn I'm seeing it affect small towns like mine and this one is in the most depressed county in the state... has not recovered from 2008 or any other event before.
Everything getting worse everywhere and every aspect of this economy and nation!
So heartbreaking!

I spent 2000 today and it won't help!
It is all I can budget between me and the wife. And it won't help... I cannot do more but do what I can... and I try to direct funds to where they will do the most for American jobs!

It is just too much to watch it all in slow motion, just tearing up writing.
GOD BLESS YOU ALL FOR ALL YOU DO HERE TO KEEP US ALL INFORMED!
I can only pray that many will turn to the Lord and our GOD so that this nation would be healed.

Just as a side note, my family is doing ok.
The Wife and I help the kids when we can as any parent would.
Most of them don't pay attention to what I talk about so they are not as prepared for any harsh downturn, I try to compensate but it's hard to do on limited income and other necessary repairs/expenses.. but I trudge through as I do impervious to these things unless something takes our income down.
I try to keep compensating even for that type of event so that we all have something and a new place to start from.
Yeah! It is a lot to do for many but like I said I keep moving forward to be the most prepared as a family could be even if I have to do it all myself... it's what a father is meant to do!
Love is what drives me and Truth is what I demand and Justice is what I expect..  and I will be satisfied when the Lord comes to Take us all!!! You Too!!!
I pray frequent that even he whom has not found the Lord yet shall be able to in even the last seconds!

I also buy American whenever I can. Just received an order today for two pairs of carpenters jean shorts, made in Texas, from an Oceanside California outfit called Made in USA Forever. We all need to do what we can to bring back manufacturing and industry from Mexico, China, wherever, and we need to support and keep alive what we still have here. I'm real big on doing that even if it costs a little more. I'm on their email list and have been so for years. Get on their mailing list. Browse their store.
