At 11:41 the guy said that they investigated him because he violated the civil rights and civil liberties of "foreign nationals". That means the "terrorists" get their children's birth paperwork done right. They know the way into the united States of America.
As crazy as it may sound, "foreign nationals" to the US is our rightful heritage. We were never meant to be "US Citizens" but were tricked into "choosing" that role. That means people coming into this country who wish to change and destroy it are obtaining proper birth rights for their children while we are not. They have the right to privacy, to bear arms, free speech, etc., while we are considered enemies of the state but granted privileges so long as we follow the long list of rules and pay our taxes.
