Fry are just baby fish. Most in the wild never make it to breeding adult stage before becoming lunch for something else. California, Washington, Oregon have plenty of hatcheries so this can probably be recovered from pretty easily. What I want to know is WHY the hell are we raising salmon to feed Orcas? Damned Orcas are starving because of over fishing the oceans and Fukushima is killing what our fishing fleet doesn't harvest. I smell another loonyville bleeding heart radical environmentalist feel good save the earth project gone wrong.

Meanwhile, not a peep about WHY the generators failed.
