INDIA LAUNCHES AIR STRIKES IN PAKISTAN -- MAJOR ATTACK

20 Mirage Fighter jets from India have crossed the "Line of Control (LoC)" and entered Pakistan, launching a devastating air strike against what India calls a Terror camp run by the "Jaish-e-Mohammad" Terrorist group.
The Pakistan Air Force scrambled fighter jets from several locations in that country as Indian Air Force Jet(s) crossed the "Line of Control" and entered Pakistan.
According to Major General Asif Ghafoor of the Pakistan military, Indian fighter jets ". . . intruded from Muzafarabad sector . . ." and were intercepted near Balakot, Pakistan.  See map below:

The general went on to say there was a fast response by Pakistani Air Forces causing India Jets to "release payload in haste while escaping which fell near Balakot. No casualties or damage." 
THIS INFORMATION IS DISPUTED. 
According to news media, twenty (20) Indian Air Force (IAF) Mirage jets not only crossed into Pakistan, they dropped "numerous 2,000 pound bombs on the terror camp, destroying it completely, and killing everyone in it."
This is the first time since 1971 the Indian fighter jets have crossed the Line of Control and entered Pakistan.  This means India has broken a treaty they signed.
This is a stunning escalation in hostilities between India and Pakistan after a terror group from Pakistan bombed inside India, killing 40 Police Officers on February 15.

A major skirmish is underway between India and Pakistan right now near the LOC. Artillery, motar, light weapon bombardment occurring.
 
 10:45 PM EST -- Sources in the government of India tell us "200-300 casualties" and also claim "JeM’s biggest terror camp destroyed."
IAF on high alert.

This is the first use of conventional air power by one nuclear-armed power against another nuclear power’s territory, AFAIK.

Pakistan Air Force Ilyushin IL-78MP # R11-003 [ NATO - "Midas" ] aerial refueling tanker up.  Intel Circuits are surging with info that Pakistan intends to attack India very quickly, and they expect their fighter jets/Bombers to need aerial refueling ! ! ! !

India now launching aerial refueling tankers. Indian No 78 squadron Tanker back up now.
 
11:23 PM EST -- Indian Army and Air Force has gone on its maximum alert along the LoC with Pakistan.
 
11:25 PM EST  - Foreign Minister Shah Mehmood Qureshi has summoned an emergency meeting to review the situation after Indian air force intruded Pakistan airspace.
 
CORRECTION:  Only 12 India Mirage Jet Fighters were used.  They were accompanied by armed DRONES.   Indian air operation over Pakistan lasted 20 minutes and the 12 warplanes took off from 5 different locations in India.
