President Trump is fulfilling his promises and helping to fight the social justice tyranny that is taking over the United States.
Under the previous administration, Obama adopted a rule that made ‘gender identity’ a part of civil rights. That was outrageous. Biology is not something that depends on opinion, and the civil rights provision of the socialist Affordable Care Act went way beyond what is logically acceptable.
The Department of Health and Human Services published its proposed regulation Friday, which eliminates a 2016 regulation inserted by the Obama administration that redefined discrimination “on the basis of sex” to include gender identity.
