Update 3: As most observers probably expected, Congressional Democrats are already embracing Mueller’s decision to throw down the gauntlet. House Judiciary Chairman Jerry Nadler, Financial Services Committee Chairwoman Maxine Waters, and a host of others chimed in, saying Mueller had made it clear that Trump was not exonerated, and that it was time for Congress to act to hold him accountable.
Nadler released a statement insisting that, since Mueller couldn’t act, it “falls to Congress to respond to the crimes, lies and other wrongdoing of President Trump.”

Waters said Mueller made it clear that Trump wasn’t exonerated by the report.

Mueller muddied the waters by suggesting that his crooked special counsel of angry Democrats could NOT find that President Trump DID NOT commit a crime.

Historically in America before 2018 it was incumbent on a prosecutor to PROVE that a crime was committed.
The fascist deep state and Democrat party dismissed this legal precedent during the hearings on Justice Brett Kavanaugh who they demanded prove himself innocent of 30-year-old accusations of dry humping a girl a high school party. 
The woman had no witnesses and had NOT ONE SINGLE PERSON support her charges but Democrats changed legal tradition by forcing Brett Kavanaugh to prove his innocence anyway.

Mike, I know exactly what you are saying however I'm with Dove and Jem on this one. Give it time - at least through the 2020 elections. If nothing positive hasn't happened by then I'd hate to be a swamp rat in DC. going forward into 2021 and beyond. That goes for the southern border problem too. And sanctuary states and cities, and about a million other gripes I got.

The first line states the date on which the investigation was started...and we already know it was started much earlier than the date specified in the report.
