I started on the big vid and fell asleep, so I'll have to try again.  But, he has done some research, has
(not classified) documentation, makes a few leaps but has enough to make a plausible story...
INCLUDING the Russian sub of July 1.
He made an interesting point that of the 14 men aboard, 7 were high ranking. Also the NATO mil games that also commenced July 1 in the Behring Sea.  

So RESEARCHER  , you might add some pieces in there.
