We use this in our house, for everything! I tell you, a little coc oil and some lemongrass in your eggs is super tasty!

I dunno, doesn't it make everything taste like coconut? I mean I like coconut ok but a little goes a long way. Almond Joy, Mounds, and coconut cream pie are about all I can take of it.

It's very mild. If you wanted a lot of coconut flavor you would have to add coc.milk or something, It's not good with everything. I like sunflower oil too.

I actually hate the taste of coconuts, but the virgin organic coconut oil is so mild, I actually enjoy it!
