So, NASA launches a Satellite Oct 9th called ICON. It's practically SCREAMING to pay attention to the 'icon' in the GIF.
In the 3-D model GIF of this satellite, there is an "8" on the side. It looks ENORMOUSLY out of place on a satellite like this.
This NASA post got me to remember a post from 8ch admin CodeMonkeyZ about this VERY THING. He says "I recently gave serious thought to the idea of launching a small DNS server communications satellite. Not an expert on space law, but seems like such a setup would have absolutely no jurisdiction and be uncensorable."
