I am not "concerned" as in being afraid, but kinda' like I think I might be seeing another piece, a big piece, fall into place as far as maybe a regrouping of an old empire, like as in "the ottoman" one?

I've kinda had some of those same thoughts myself. I still think that it's Turkey, not Russia, that starts the real trouble. We are still in the 'warm up' stages right now.

Have you seen the news about a resurgence of ISIS? Some links below from yesterday & today. Fault is squarely on Turkey for a bombing of Kurd ISIS holding camp that released a bunch of the baddest boys. It was in the news last week or so.
