We need facts.  How binding is it?  How much is discretionary spending?

Yeah, Dove . . . it occurs to me that perhaps Trump is maybe just going along with the thing unlike last years budget fight because he knows that he has bigger fish to fry after the 2020 election. Maybe he's holding off and thinking, "why get into a pissing match over this right now just before an election? I already have them by the balls, they just don't feel the pain yet. Why yank on said gonads and start 'em to yelpling now?"

Anyway, those are some of my thoughts on it at this moment.
